Hi there I’d like this 3.5” suspension kit with lift struts for my truck. I have a 2015 Tundra SR5 2WD. Will fit? Please let me know to order it asap. Thank you! Cesar
That truck looks like it's never been driven. All the bolts and nuts look perfect and there's no grease or rust anywhere in the wheel wells. It looks absolutely pristine as if it was all changed out and cleaned before this job was done and then redone again
The beauty of our fleet vehicles is that they spend a LOT of time in our parking lot and only get driven in and out of our video and photo studios. They're all low mileage. 😅 Thanks for watching! -Zach
Just a question, I have a 2010 2wd DC Tundra and I want to purchase this lift with the front struts, again I have a 2wd tundra and RC states the front shocks do not fit 2wd models. From what i see here everything looks to be identical to 2wd models. My question is, If I purchase this kit (RC 3.5 w/ Front Lifted Struts) will it fit? From what I know already everything in the rear is identical no problems there, but I don't want to purchase this kit with only new rear shocks. The Tundra I own Has 140K Miles and is due for a nice upgrade. Thanks in advance.
@@RP-vr8pi If off-roading is boring for you, then you've never actually been off-roading. Just driving slow on dirt roads and unimproved trails isn't off-roading.
I’ve got a 2015 tundra platinum. I don’t go off-roading. Will this setup be perfect for normal driving. Will the truck needing to get re-geared? Also if it does what are going to be good options? Thank you very much.
This will have good drivability for a daily. Re-gearing isn't necessary for this, but if you find that your truck is a bit more sluggish with a larger tire you can re-gear if you choose to do so. This will also work just fine with 305/55R20's considering they're equivalent to a 33x12" tire.
Why doesn’t he say anything about the passenger side do I need to drop everything before I go under and do drop bolts Jesus, 50k truck and can get new diff bolts to go in not even

You forgot to undo the ABS wire from the UCA. They are prone to breaking when you stretch em like that.
Wow I can't believe you went through all this work just to make this video and not waited to do it permanently on a customers truck.
He probably got paid by rc

Are you able to retain the rear trd sway bar or does that come off with the lift kit installed?
Why you guys don't install carrier bearing drop? Just wondering
Great video u r a very good teacher n mechanic 👍

"Premium lift"
"Space blocks"
Those two things are mutually exclusive.
This is an entry level kit for mall crawlers who never go offroad.
Perfect for me .I just like the look of a lifted truck.
90% of lifted trucks never go off roading. Possibly more.
Off roading is boring for me. I can't stand driving 2-3 mph.

@KurNorock bro I took my tacoma out for off roading few times, but it's not for me
Great video. Can't wait to do my tundra!

Help! Looking for the E-brake relocation bracket shown here at 43:38. Any help please?
Channeled steel is the word you are looking for.
Do u need the diff drop on a 3 inch leveling kit?
Great video nice clean job 👍

Bouth the 3.5 n3 struts. My truck now leans Are they side specific. Like oem or fox struts
Max tire size is 33in??? Ive seen tundras with 2in spacers running 35s.
My toxic trait is that I think I can do it after watching this video
We make it look easy, don't we??? -Zach
Worst part if that I probably have better tools than an average mechanic and I always bail
Great Video........thanks!

Can you fit 35s with a bodyount chop?
I think with stock wheels you can fit 35s by just taking mudflaps off. I have 33s on a stock tundra and it comes nowhere close to rubbing.

@@ExtremeTerrainToyota what regearing would you recommend? love you’re content. subbed.
Can the struts be removed without removing the control arms?
Yes, just drop the lower control arm and you are good to go.
Looking to lift my tundra I'm guessing it's gonna need a front end alignment afterwards?
Yep! A front end alignment after your lift is key! -Zach
what no safety glasses?
Why no dust covers for the shocks?
Dust covers literally do nothing positive, they hold dust, salt, and water. All promoting rust

Terrible job selling the control arm 😂
What you referred to as a set of "Regular Pliers,) are technically called "Channel Lock Pliers."
Channelock is a brand names. The pliers are water pump or tounge and groove. Those particular ones though are knipex cobras
