I drove trucks in Australia from the mid 70's in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. They didn't have air conditioning back then. The temperatures were the same. We managed to do the job. It is a lot easier today.
My father fitted 8 core radiator and twin thermo fans we could drive past others we carry 2 weeks of food and we had a kitchen that can pull out in the tool box and 4x 20ltr water so many times i have saved others that have been starving trapped by floodwaters
And even after all that, we're still treated like criminals and second class citizens. After growing up in this wonderful industry and spending my life behind the wheel, I wouldn't swap it for anything. The people I've met, the places I've been, the things I've seen, and the family it has given me are irreplaceable. Maybe instead of yelling at a truckie who is supplying everything you have, maybe just give us some room, be patient while we work to keep you supplied, and occasionally thank us for keeping you alive. Truck drivers make the world go round by driving around the world. Truck on. 🤟😎👍🚛🚛🚛
A truck in Australia delivering seafood to the outback - more like ice cream. Finding a cool drink in 40 + degrees (over 100 degrees Fahrenheit) in the middle of the outback is a challenge. People from the northern hemisphere have no real understanding just how hot and dry the outback in Australia can be in Summer, people who try to walk for help are found dead and this is why you always tell someone where you are going, how long you will be and stay with your vehicle.

So in other words it’s not worth putting your rhetoric out there is it?
I'm from south Australia. I was asked to shear sheep north packsaddle . The heat was unbearable i survived and got the job done.
You're tough as they come, shearing in 45 plus = not human, bro inlaw was a shearer too, like you, hard & tough as nails
The same as Canadian truck drivers survive the cold, especially in the north ,I've been there
Excellent..Enjoyed the video chap
Nice video BigTruckTime
Yep, welcome to Australia, same size as the U.S. just not very many people😅
why are you showing trucks that are not Australian. Water coolers in trucks...rubbish, never seen one in a truck yet in Auatralia.
They’re all australian 🤣

100-180,000 p.a. Take out fuel bills, maintenance and tax....= Not a friggin lot for the hours and hardships endured.
We dont call them "refers"😂....fridge vans
RIP 🙏
We have "truckies" in Australia, not truckers.
truckies? are you a child or something?
@@keltthomas8476He’s right
Still the old saying truckies carry all the goods, no trucks no nothing is that right green dog.😊
it's fine you just turn the air conditioning on.
Lorry drivers,as we call them in the UK,are not respected either here.Seen as a hindrance by a stressed out, burned out nation, but keep it going!
More Ai content slop
Buckle up dive in. AI is the worst thing.
Interesting video mate! However what kind of AI thumbnail is that?😂👍👍
Truck drivers are also called truckies and are not respected in Australia
