Dan Quinn was a players coach to the max! Which is not entirely healthy for a head coach ... hence why we blew leads when push come to shove they don’t fear their leader so they have no back bone to finish games

Pretty much how Vrabel is haha. Arthur Smith learned a good amount under Vrabels tough love and holding his players actually accountable. It takes time but y'all will get there again.

One of my favorite things this coach has said, is "I don't believe in that rah rah coach speak, players see right through that, if you're not honest about what you see.. Noones buying into that." I have a better feeling than I did about Quinn this team has always fired on offense, now Arthur can put his focus on that knowing he has a Hall of Fame DC running the defense, man I'm hyped. First time season ticket holder this year, finally get to go to all of the games.. I'm hyped
Love the intensity and accountability Arthur brings. The two yards thing DQ might have let that happen, Arthur shut it down immediately. I’m also glad he’s an offensive minded coach. Those are the ones who have succeeded recently. He helped turn tannehill’s career around so now I hope he gets Matt back to his MVP form.

Yep ! If it wasn't for the cheating assed NFL officials in the NFC Championship we would've played the Ravens in the SB that year and WON ! Would've been a great match up with Ryan and Flacco who were drafted in that same order . . . We were 13-3 that season and were flat cheated outta going to the Super Bowl when we got down to 1st and goal on the 9 and the 49ners got away with tripping Roddy White and shoving him down on two separate plays, Akieb Talieb rode Julio Jones piggyback in the back of the end zone and Matt Ryan took a late, late, late hit about 5 seconds after the whistle that separated his shoulder ! ! ! Worst cheating by NFL officials that I ever seen . . . 😠 😡 😵
