It would seem my suspicions was right, as it turns out, Hana Sensei is indeed the assassin. Also I had two theories regarding why Hana is doing this and one of them was right on the mark. As it turns out that Hana Sensei has a dual personality for which she has both a good and a dark side and it looks like her dark side has taken over and will orchestrate another assassination attempt on Kae's life. The school field trip to an uninhabited island is the perfect place to do it as there is no authority that can stop her from carrying out her nefarious plans.
I, can't Believe that Naruto Become The Hokage And Didn't Even Bother to Suspect The Teacher Or Even Checked Her Memories Or with The Help Of the Yamanaka Clan The Yamanaka Clan Can Check the Memory Of a Person's Mind. Or even checked her Backgrounds, Before Letting Her Enter The Village Naruto's Security is So Useless.😑
Similar to Koji Kashin, she became a citizen of Konoha long before they had tight security, in the decade prior, therefore it made it easy for her to sneak in and out of the village without anyone knowing her true intentions.
