    Agree, the 2014 model looks more "tough" than the 2017.
    Dreaming about the Boss, but next in line would be the CS

      +Spencer Wren The good thing is, they all have to be highway.

      +uttersqueeze Yea, it's in pretty great shape overall, so i'm thinking it must have been all highway miles.

      Andrew whay you would say about 2nd hand mustang i really like the 2014 models, 2016 are more like a sport car. But i think mustangs with low mileage or pretty much anyone mustang is pretty beated up?

    Nice 5.0 man! I used to own a 1991 Mustang GT 5.0 Hatchback 5 speed manual that had some mods. Mine had a 2 chamber American Thunder Flowmaster exhaust system, plus too many other mods to list, but that car sounded incredible! Lots of deep drone though. I didn't mind it at the time because I was only 19 when I bought it back in 1998. My brother has an extremely modded 2008 Mustang GT Premium, and his car looks and sounds amazing! He loves that GT. Anyway, thanks for the video man, and good luck with your GT/CS 5.0!
    Oh, I almost forgot... I just subcribed

    Great video, where did you set your tire pressure at, i believe mine is too high, like 40. And spinning too much?

      +AGA 34 I have a Black 2014 GT/CS and it's great. I absolutely love it. Bought it used on Feb 26th this year with 10,000km on it and it now has 36,000km and I have had zero problems with it. The only thing I would warn you of is that if you do a fair amount of sitting in stop and go traffic during your commute then you might want to go with the auto. The clutch is pretty heavy and I've gotten more charlie horses than I can count.

    • @AndrewTewes
      @AndrewTewes  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +AGA 34 Yea absolutely i am ! especially after getting the exhaust done, even when im not driving fast it doesn't really matter because it sounds soo good haha

    • @AndrewTewes
      @AndrewTewes  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      +07CVPI I do some sitting in stop and go traffic on my way home from work, and i find that the clutch feel is actually a lot better in the mustang versus the ST, so far it hasn't been too heavy for me at all in day to day commutes, just to note..i am on the stock clutch..

    Best thing to do is a lot of light weight mods to this car. You will love it even more when you start lightening up the drivetrain. Driveshaft, radiator support, wheels, tires, suspension, etc etc. It'll transform your experience man. I have a 2014 5.0 with full boltons and lightweight mods and a 2015 Focus ST that's stock currently. I loved your focus ST videos and I'm even happier that you traded for a 2014 5.0!
    Get a tune by AED with an X-pipe and you'll be SHOCKED on how much of a difference that makes!

      @AndrewTewes  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey thanks a lot, i was actually recently thinking about ponying up for an AED tune, mostly because i really like the sounds of the ghost cam tune now i i have cat deletes.

    This was the video that made me get my 2014 Mustang GT/CS with the Shelby exhaust , now like you I’m ready for my next car, 4 1/2 years and 80k miles later....

      I owned a 13 GT/CS in Deep Impact Blue with Silver stripes. Instead of changing the entire exhaust system, I bought a set of 10 GT 500 mufflers off Ebay for 350 bucks(they were brand new) and made the swap myself. Completely changed the sound of the car. wish I had that car now, along side my 2019 GT PP1, which is a total blast to drive.

    How is this car as a daily driver? Im considering this or an audi a5/s5 used....6 speed always...I commute 50 miles each day. What do u think>?

    • @AndrewTewes
      @AndrewTewes  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow, well these are really different car, If you are planning on driving it year round, nothing beats Audi Quattro All Wheel Drive, and you are going to have a nicer interior and ride, but the downside i probably will require more expensive maintenance and a little bit more difficult to wrench on if you are into working on your car. But if you already have winter car, (or live where its always warm) the Mustang should be cheeper to buy , to own and be just as fast and fun! I daily mine everyday during summer and it has a pretty nice and compliant ride for everyday use.

    Just drove one of these, Race Red. It was nice, felt good, looked good. Shifter was floppy, and it was way too quiet and way too soft (it's damping was pretty sub par on my local switchbacks). Almost like it was meant to be modified, a la Skyline GT-R lol. Good car to start with though.

    • @AndrewTewes
      @AndrewTewes  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      +SomeYoungGuy Johnson Yea exactly you can tell the ride is meant more for highway cruising haha !
