Exposing Bandialvi's Accusations

  • In this video we will explore the accusations made by Moulvi Aslam Bandiyaalvi and his groups (Qari Tayyib Naqshbandi, Qari Sabir Ali Sabir and Shahid Ali etc) against the Scholars of Islam and address the issue of whether video clip evidence can be used to establish necessary disbelief (lazoomi kufr). We will present the opinions of the former Grand Mufti Of Egypt, Mufti Aii Gomaa, who states that, “video clips can be doctored, manipulated and edited in such a way that people can be deceived and as such, all video in the matter of accusation or presented as evidence needs to be verified”. According to the principles found in the hadeeth:
    البينة على الْمُدَّعِي واليمين على من أَنْكَرَ
    The onus is upon Moulvi Bandiyaalvi and his followers to provide either 4 witness for each controversy and claim of deviancy or an attested video clip in it entirety for each claim of deviancy to be presented before the scholars of Islam (Mufti's board) to be scrutinize, until that point Moulvi Aslam and his side kicks are rejected accusations are rejected.

    Deviants are trying to lie, twist and defend Irfan Shah Mashhadi who has a fatwa against him from Bareilly Sharif. May Allah Almighty guide these people back to the right path and protect us from their evil.

      2) Mufti Saleem Rizvi Sahib from Brailvi Shareef is on the record stating that, no one was been named within the fatawa or the accusation, the fatawa was given on zaid's names not Syed Muhammed Irfan shah mashhadi

      what kind or type of fatawa is the brailvi shareef fatawa? is it mutlaqun, 3aam, shar3ee, fiqhi, before you suggest its upon any person you must clarify this and then provide the evidences for their kufr.
      (3) regarding video clip being used as hujjah, please provide a valid sharee3 reasoning and clarify what the conditions are for the use of video evidence, when video can be distorted, onus is upon you to provide the evidence.
      (4) According to Bilal bin Aref Shahid Ali has the one that doctored the Brailvi fatawa, so how can it be binding this is for you to clarify
      i would suggest you should advice Moulvi Aslam and shahid Ali to stop their takfiri factory.

    I'm not here to defend any manipulation by either party but shouldn't the same criteria apply to statements of Asif Jalali whereas you refer to his statements as disgusting etc, whereas that's just one clip that was used with no context. I think the whole thing was based either more on an emotional response or some personal grudge against him (I.E. Asif Jalali) Why is it that the same principle about video and context wasn't applied there?
    And then you refer to Aslam Bandyalvi and his group as takfeeri whereas those speaking against Asif Jalali were the first ones to do takfeer and call him an illegitimate child and all sorts of things. I think the whole takfeer game was initiated by that group and that whole personal attack him and his mother was really unasked for. It should've just been a matter of proving proofs against his narrative and not swearing at him.

      @S S you train of thought is logical and fair in the general sense, but when it come to Dr Asif lahori the matter is diametrically apposed,let me explain why in regards to Dr Asif you are wrong.
      When Dr sahib made his statements, other ulema spoke with him to clarify what he meant by "Khata", once realizing what ulema were pointing to he then said he meant "khata ul ijtihadi", and did a few other speaches to say thats what he meant (his wazaat) these are all available to watch and view. Not withstanding his own wazaats (clarifications) that he stood by the word khata for sayyidah paak radi allahu ta'ala anha. Ulema when to him to discuss the matter, first one was Allama Kokab noorani Okarvi majda zeedu sharfuhu, in fact he spent the whole day in lahore trying to resolve the matter. When he sat with him Dr Asif said "who are you you are the son of a naat khawaan go and fetch someone who is on my level", when Dr Kokab tried to broach the matter with him. After this a group of Senior ulema (akabir) including Dr asif sahib's ustaad (mufti fazal sahib), Shaykh ul hadeeth Allama Abdus Sattar sahib, Mufti Syed naveed-ul_hasan Shah went to Dr Asif lahori, he would not except that he had erred in his comments, in fact he told them to go do one in the end after which Mufti fazal refused to acknowledge him as his student. This is on the record. then a fatawa of ghumrahee was passed upon him, so you see the situation regarding dr asif lahori is different from that of moulvi bandiyaalvi and his group. The is a strong allegation levelled at them that they were the ones who have tampered with the brailvi fatawa and in doing so have brough not just ahle sunnah into dispute but the honourabe name of brailvi shareef.
