That's a nice lake. I agree that the furniture is a bit dated, but that sort of thing can be done slowly. It is very livable.

Great lot rent. Nice exterior. Inside thou green cabinets, worn carpeting thru out, and most of the furniture I wouldn't want. It does have nice bones just would need money put into it but for the price I would pass. Thanks for sharing all your homes I enjoy watching them.

Greg?? When you say the floors are solid. Is it because there's been an inspection? How do you know? I'm asking because my Dad lives in a mobile not too far from there and he was told his floors were good and turned out not to be true. We are looking to move down there in a few years.

By walking through. You can feel soft spots. If I know for a fact the subfloors have been replaced, I’ll say that.

Yes. Every park is different. It’s normally 20% but sometimes the second party has to be 45 or older.
