Brand recognition and reach also improved. When I asked them if their clients approve of that method, they were like Yes, as long as there are results to show.
Okay I must say, I plan on rewatching this video after work and making my own BUT this is by far THEE best AI business-building video I have seen yet. I've spent the last few weeks watching 'AI business ideas" videos and everyone always says the same thing.. "It's so easy to start, anyone can! Just use these no-code apps'.. Well that's great and all until we get in there and have NO IDEA what we're looking at. Liam you literally broke everything down, explained the steps, showed us how to check our work, and more. I would LOVE to see more step by step breakdowns like this because it is BEYOND helpful. Please follow through and make the video on how to step-by-step make the knowledge base sheet. I'd also love to see a step-by-step video of using other softwares such as Make or Bubble. Regardless, definitely subscripted after this single video and will be on the look out for more great content!
Loved the video, been watching it for hours while replicating ghe same thing on botpress. Biggest issue i had was the expression code that you plugged in and didn't show too well, it was very tiny and hard to see on the knowledge based question if it didnt know the answer. I didnt see the exclamation mark at the beginning so my bot wasnt working correctly. Excited for more videos to come

It took me 3.5 days to do almost exactly what you just did in 30 minutes(learning as I went)! I wish I had seen your video 5 days ago! Mine uses Zapier to add a row to a Google sheet and send a Pushover “new lead” notification. I used ChatGPT to populate the knowledge base for a landscape company. My questions are: - How much should I charge a landscape company for such a straightforward bot? - How would I handle the BotPress usage charges and Zapier subscription charges? - Would I just put the accounts in the customers name and make them responsible or quote them a monthly support subscription price that includes those charges? - How would I estimate the usage amount? - How much would I pad the price for a reasonable profit. I feel like learning the tools is only 30% of the job. The other 70% is learning to sell and price the services!!!

I want to make a chatbot like this one, but fully conversational. Cause let's say the user doesn't follow the lead of the bot and starts asking questions (without clicking on "what would you like to know?") then it gets broken. Any ideas?

How would you compare Botpress with something like Chatbase? CB seems even more straight forwards... while BP probably can do more customisation where you guide the bot questions

Let me say that with each video you put out I am able to add a little piece to the puzzle that I wasn't able to before. And while I'm still pretty damn confused most of the time lol I feel that eventually I'll be able to get to a point where I have a pretty good entry level base to build on
@@andrewabsi5396 I'm not exactly sure where he got that text that he copied & pasted into that section, but what I did do was try to just type it in myself even though it was tiny and hard to see. When I did that as well as follow the rest of the steps he lays out, it did take me to a sequence where it would say that the bot didn't have an answer based on the knowledge base provided, however for some reason it would say that even if the knowledge base did have an answer. So I'm not exactly sure I'm hoping he drops another video. I'm guessing that what it's supposed to do is direct the user to a separate node if the question they ask isn't able to be answered based on the knowledge provided.
Would you be able to do the same process using Voiceflow? Things change so fast with AI. Trying to find the best bot builder with the most integration capability.
Hey, great video. Thank you for the tremendous value provided in the vid!. However, I found an issue with the bots functionality. In the nextsteps node, the message field at the bottom of the bot is still active. If you type in a message instead of choosing one of the choices from a button, i.e., Taxes, VAT, or General information, the bot doesn't function properly. If you want the user to select a specific choice to properly move through the conversation flow, shouldn't the message input field be disabled? If so, how do we disable the message input field?
Great video Liam! i'd appreciate it if you could post a tutorial on the bot acting proactively. It takes forever to load the first message and it's kinda user unfriendly if the user stares at a blank chat.

But I have the following problem: The node "no_answer" is getting yellow when I build the exact same Chatbot like you and, even the template you shared, stops at that step too. Every time when I reply to "What would you like to know?" the Bot says that "Hey I'm sorry I don't know the answer to this question." and replies with, if I have another question, even when I have a specific Knowledge Base integrated. Does anyone else have this problem and please can help me?

botpress will scrape the website. Usually anything that's available on the website publicly can go into the knowledge base. I hope this helps.

I thought a start question was included. You just choose the question your bot will ask straightaway. I hope this helps.
