I had a potential client who wanted a voice AI agent to answer their calls, I checked their Google Business Profile and they was averaging 22 calls a month, I said man if yall don't answer that damn phone.
Fantastic video, Liam-just what I needed right now! I’ve developed an automated marketing system for hairdressers and recently struck a deal with a major hair product distributor to offer my system as a subscription to their 1,500+ salon clients. But I’ve caught myself already brainstorming new features that, if I’m honest, don’t really add value to the product. Thanks so much for reminding me to stay focused! 😁
we've just started targetting hairdressers awesome idea, we can focus on our Influecer database and ensure our full range of brands are channelled via our hairdressers so much low hanging fruit out there :)
You touched on it, there’s so much where the value a company creates from their product costs 10x the value it creates. Those levels don’t last long. I’ve seen some absolutely crazy costs, but this is where open source is catching up on them faster. Totally agree you need to solve the big problems not a small part, that is overcharged for.
Your best bet is to fully understand the solutions, the technology, so you are valuable to your existing employer. They do not want to go hire someone if they can do it inhouse. It has been said before, "AI won't replace people. People who know AI will replace those who don't." That is exactly where we're at. Understand the tech and start implementing it at work.
If I get this right, this process is not for beginners because as a beginner my first goal is to land a client. I donno shit about client delivery, let alone improving their business. I also have to keep in mind that quick cash is not a solution either
What would be an example of a "complete system" ? I have recently acquired my first client as an AI agency selling a voice agent. I realise that selling these types of solutions are not sustainable but what does a more sophisticated "complete" solution actually look like?
analysing your clients needs and processes and identifying where AI can be used to optimize, you will work almost as an AI Consultant doing audits to then identify the solutions, as a automation partner
@@liamevansyt Yeah, but which other services could we include in the scope of work for this purpose? Business Ads? It seems to me to be exactly the same as what agencies have been doing in recent years.
I know this advice really isn’t for beginners but what would you advise for someone trying to get insights to solve that “big” and very specific problem?
find a niche, get on calls with them, dont sell anything just listen to what problems they face in their industry. get on enough calls and you will uncover a pattern
Keep it as simple as possible, look at businesses that are already working who are selling to your ideal client and then see how you could improve that process with AI
this is very interesting, however, how would you even reach out to someone if you don't know their system and don't know what you're selling yet? when selling AI tools, you're trying to solve a specific problem and reaching out to people who could potentially have that problem. This method you're proposing could definitely provide way more value, but I'm interested in how you would go on to sell it (since its way too difficult to get your foot in the door if you're not bringing in a specific solution with metrics to prove it)
Simplify it, X client wants more business, what's the standard process of doing that, usually it's the same or similar to other industries, you then find AI solutions within that process that take them to that goal. You don't need to be an expert in their business, you need to be an expert in the process of helping them achieve their desired outcome.
If one has been on the internet long enough, they can easily see through those lying about how much money they make through their AI solutions. One thing they usually have in common is they all try to sell you courses at the end of their sales pitch. As you said, knowing how to solve 5% of someone else's business pain point isn't gonna build you a sustainable business. What matters is domain expertise, if you have deep knowledge of a specific type of business and its pain points, you can build powerful solutions tailored to that specific business and they'll be willing to pay you alot of money for your solutions because they know that you can offer alot of value for their money.
Is anyone else seeing crazy speeds with language models? Like, pushing 100,000+ tokens per second? I built a application that's doing this very consistently and I just don't see numbers like this anywhere else and before I try to find investment or do something crazy I wanna know if this is actually novel in anyway.
Yeah, I've rejected 10ish offers to make ai videos for some random people. It's kinda weird, the price is either so low that I would basically get the money either way from streams on my channel, or if I set it too high I'm gonna die on that video for like 15 days and still feel like I've ripped someone off 😅 EDIT: bro just went to your channel, the most viewed video is literally selling ai haahhaah just found it funny 🤣

I have been paying attention to what you've been trying to say, We're developing a complete revops system, end to end , Mainly for outbound, focused on web scraping and enrichment for prospecting, which is then given to the proper account execs, post which call insights come into play and the summary of the calls leads to an guided email sequence depending on the quality of lead, and then a follow up + closing sequence is run by an agent along with the human account executive to bring the sale to a close. Then, if required, an onboarding and retention flow can be made for the client. This is a simple outbound flow I have in mind for clients.
