I was able to watch your videos and interviews over the course of the last couple years and relax into the freedom of being me , having fun , seeing the positive and being feminine. I found the love of my life , we have been dating for over a year and are planning to get married this year. Making a decision to be a woman that works to focus on the good and makes an effort to resist the urge to complain, criticize, or compare Is certainly attractive to men but its also incredibly good for US. When we operate in a general state of warmth and love, WE feel good. It does take intentionality and isn't always my default but Its such a beneficial place to have our minds and our bodies.
