Cameras are awesome for drains and really work great for troubleshooting the initial problems, pipe condition, etc. I wonder how old timers got along without them back in the day? All the best dude
locater not taking any of the guesswork out. run camera down farther is it going into a stack ? or remains horizontal ? if the stack is in the wall either behind lav or the shitter , it might be possible to acces and do all the work from kitchen side run new pipe to the 3x3x2 santee wouldnt need to touch a thing in bathroom, although a redo in the 60 year old bathroom would guarantee troulble free system for decades it be good investment to do more work now while the buildis empty for 6 monthes kinda lame for them to drag feet on getting it done . i used wd40 all the time, i put it all inside the drum and spray it in there, the way he is doing it is wrong, take too long.
