time for a bigger hammer. ive been using the bosch emo hammer thats right below the bosch brute which similar to the makia but way stronger. its uses 1 1/8" hex bits so theres lots of choices. pretty sure they even have a clay spade which make jobs like this a tad more easier.
thanks for showing this on part one it looked like the lav was on wall between kitchen and next room but its a little confusing the layout . so now It looks as if the pipe follows the outside wall from the K/S just inside the footing and travels left under that wall then about 3 ft picks up lav then into the w/c ? anyway like to see how it works out but isnt clear at this point .
A rebuild sitting on top of a shaking foundation. Don't people realise there is always a surprise waiting when you fix an older house or apartment. Sometimes little, sometimes enormous.
I like the way you think out load as you work your way through the process of addressing the problem. Thanks for sharing.
Nice! Looking forward to part 3
Good vid thx for sharing
This is a tough 1 good luck.
Wow, you wonder if that was a fluke or if the owners are looking at that happening in all the other first floor units.
Awesome work!
That way you accomplish two things the path it takes and you let’s you know what the next step is instead of just guessing . Assuming owner agrees
