    it's a shame that younger days we didn't practice this sport with rythem and music. it's a lot harder to train muscles for balance when in mid 30s. a rescue swimmer should practice all balances and it's a must.
    after 30s no rythem , but training with breathing is more efficient from my experience. just concentrate on your breathing patterns, rythem and not a rythem. difference is it need more concentrating when training muscles for breath pattern.
