If we make the corrections means how the output will came? And the 800pixels(changing) would be ideal for every video/image respectively! !!finally how i can identify thereby 30frames per 30secs(which was filled)

1)First identify what is the frame per second when you are recording your video either through a camera or screen recorder. You will be able to figure that out in your camera settings or in your screen recorder settings.
      2) 1920*1080 and 30 fps are the ideal resolution and frame rate but if your recorded video is of lower resolution and frame rate than it no longer remains the ideal resolution and frame rate. Resolution and frame rate changes depending on your recorded video. So only you can determine what could be the best resolution and frame rate depending on the video which you recorded.
3)If you have recorded your video in a lower frame rate like 15 fps and you export it from VSDC after doing all the editing stuff in a higher frame rate like 30 fps, than the video will definitely get blurred because you're converting a lower fame rate video to a higher frame rate video. However if you have recorded your video in a higher frame rate like 60 fps and you export it from VSDC after doing all the editing stuff in a lower frame rate like 30 fps, than the video will not get blurred and the difference will also be not that much visible.

Is there an easy way in VSDC to set the video properties of the output file to be the same as the input file, without manually setting it?

By default, whatever you choose as your input resolution and frame rate, that same settings are applied to the output file as well. I had made this tutorial to show that just in case if you want to change the resolution and frame rate of your output file, this is how you can do it.

it technically worked just like you showed, but still didn't work somehow. Still shows the same resolution even after changing it.

That's strange. What was the resolution before and after the change?

Automatic subtitles might help to decipher the accent a little bit but other than that nothing on my side as of now.
