Hey guys, welcome back to NEXTGENBLOGGER and in this video I want to show you how to access different parts of a 3d character in Blender. So without further delay, let's get started and see how you can do this. Now to demonstrate this, I've already imported a 3d character in Blender.
So this is my 3d character present right here. And the first thing that you need to do is you need to select the armature of the 3d character. Next, you need to go to the Pose Mode.
Next, you need to select the 'Data' tab which is present right here. Now look inside the 'Data' tab and right here you're going to find this section called 'Bone Collections'. And inside 'Bone Collections', you're going to find two subsections.
The first one is called 'Default' and the second one is called 'CloudRig'. Now if a 3d character's controls has been added manually, then you're going to see only the 'Default' section. But if the 3d character's controls has been added through a rigging system like 'Rigify' or 'CloudRig', then you're going to see that rigging system as well.
So in my case, the controls of this 3d character has been added through a rigging system called 'CloudRig'. And that's the reason you're seeing this 'CloudRig' section present right here. Now let's look inside the 'CloudRig' section.
And as you can see, we have six options present right here. The first option is called 'Main Controls' and its visibility is turned on by default. So these are the 'Main Controls'.
Okay. Now this option is used for broad movements of the rig. And it usually affects the larger parts of the character like the entire arm, leg or body.
The second option is called 'Tweak Controls'. Okay. So these are the 'Tweak Controls'.
This option is used for finer adjustments and secondary movements. It usually affects the smaller areas without disrupting the main pose. The third option is called Miscellaneous(Misc).
This option usually contains extra bones that don't fit into standard categories like Main or Tweak. Okay. These bones can be anything like helper bones used for advanced deformations or custom bones that may have been added manually for special rig functions.
The fourth option is called 'Fingers'. So this option is pretty much self-explanatory. It contains controllers specifically for posing and animating individual fingers.
The fifth option is called 'Face'. And this option is also pretty much self-explanatory. It contains a set of controllers for animating facial expressions and lip sync.
The sixth and final option is called 'Rigging'. And this option usually contains bones that help the rig function as a whole but are not meant for direct animation. These may be temporary bones created during the rigging process or bones that act as intermediaries for automation.
And so using all these options, you can access any part of the 3D character that you want. So that's it, guys. This is how you can access different parts of a 3D character in Blender.

Thanks..but in render will return solid object..how can render object as transparent?
Are you rendering it as an image or animation ?
@nextgenblogger animation and image..but always in rendering the object rendering solid
Its most probably a lighting issue. Try adding an area light with its direction towards the object. Increase its power to 5000 W and than check. You should definitely see some difference.
@nextgenblogger thanks I will try
@@zweengood7684 Or go to the Shader Editor - in the nodes there you have more options (maybe by changing the factor of the Mix Shader)
