I’m a incoming sophomore and freshman szn I ran 52.7 as my PR no training beforehand just showing up and running and stayed in low 52s the whole season any tips you have to drop time?
I wanna see you do a Spartan or a obstacle course race! Preferably I wanna see you at Stratton Mountain 22-24 september 2022 at the OCR World Championship
Actually Nick is in better running shape than he has been for a while. A 39-second 300 is pretty fast. But any sub-4:50 miler spins 1600 meters and they're gonna win that mulah.
