That second guy "Broccoli" skipping the transition from the first to the second obstacle, and then jumping the 10' gap from above. He was probably the most impressive one even though he didn't make it all the way.
Nick you're literally my inspiration for running the 800. Last year I was sitting at a 2:10 but shaved off ten seconds in the last two weeks and qualified for state. I watched your 2007 olympic trials video for tips and the race unfolded almost exactly the same! (Like 15 seconds slower but you get the point) that made me go out for cross and now I'm shooting for the 800 school record! Thanks for the awesome content!

I used to work at a ninja gym in Portland and Caiden would come and compete in our tournament around 3 years ago. Consistently placing top 3. I knew as soon as I saw him on here it was game over.

I started training from a sedentary state 6 months ago. Now I can hold onto my weight for 2 min and do a couple good form pull ups. Maybe i'm dreaming too much but I wanna work myself up to do stuff like this!!
