A nice level headed take, patience. Yhe most important thing is CWs progression and sorting this offence out. If the coaching is the problem then 🤷
I agree Shawn, we've seen BIG steps from game 1 to game 3...just need to breathe deep and enjoy the process. BEAR DOWN!
Bear down friend!
I know Bears fans are frustrated but nobody has brought up how frustrated Caleb Williams must be feeling . . . as Tim Jenkins said the play design and calling is the biggest problem.
I agree… I hope he can stay level and help right the ship. He deserves better.
It's coaching, what all of a sudden JF is undefeated
Awesome hoodie👍
Thx! New addition:) 🐻⬇️
Caleb fumbled hurt us the most of the turnovers.
Not just that call on 4th, but the previous 3 calls were not acceptable
That’s true too!
Agreed, it’s not a time to panic. I’d love to see Caleb under center, please quit running out of the shot gun, put the lineman in three point stances and let them explode off the ball. Run RoJo between the tackles, run play action off of that. It’s not that hard.
Sean, what do you think of offering that Carolina 2nd rounder (33rd overall or thereabouts) to Dallas for Parsons since they can’t pay him? Now that’s a defense and you still have plenty left to draft o- linemen.
LMK
I don’t hate it. Better yet use it for a stud center and pay him.
Poles isn’t gonna stand pat if this continues to deteriorate
I’m not worried about Caleb, it’s the coaching I think will be the downfall of this team. Flus is not a head coach
that OL is 100% a talent problem. Davis is a problem, Colemen is a problem, Jones has always been a replacement level LT, that is always a problem at LT. Jenkins is looking like he has to decide who he helps, Jones or the C on every play and he's struggling. It's a problem.
Agreed. We’re too quick to blame coaching in this city.
@@kelschc simple rule in sports players>>>coaches. Maybe not in developmental ages, pop->HS. But in the pro's, it's 100% talent and dedication to learning your trade.
I still remember reading a SI article back in the day about Faulk. He was seen as a bust in Indy. It wasn't the coaches in St. Louis, it wasn't the talent around him, it was his hurt pride that made him take the job serious and become the HoF'r he would become.
All these guys have the base NFL talent, but if these guys cannot get past being the biggest/strongest/most athletic guys on the field to learn the technical aspects they'll fail, if they don't work out in the offseason to become the peak of their fitness they'll fail.
Eberflus has cost the Bears with his lack of successful challenges / his inability to think ahead on the 2 point conversion attempt calling a timeout. I thought the game management side of being a HC is figured out by now. Lack of cohesion between Waldron & Eberflus. Player personnel got corrected but WHO is correcting the Head Coaching mistakes that keep repeating ? This is another game that got away BECAUSE of coaching. Sunshine & rainbows ? Well the Bears will get a 4th round pick if Justin Fields keeps playing like he is with the Steelers 3 - 0 ! There is my sunshine ! Cris Morgan better have that O Line playing like a fine tuned machined against the Rams at home ! All these passing yards for Caleb - great ! 17 points is just not enough. What is worse the Defense was being pushed around by the Colts O Line & Jonathon Taylor / Trey Sermon. The Rams have their 2 Best receivers out for this game but they do run the ball pretty well. Rams HC McVay will likely be feeding the Ball to the K. Williams & B. Corum. This game should be a WIN for the Bears ! As we see this is why they play the games.
Trade the head coach! (Don’t think anyone would take him)
This is the NFL, there are no soft match ups. Did you not see the Titans and cults game.
Bears need tank again to build the line since they did not want harbough or grable or mcveigh from rams same oh
We took the wrong QB
Your are just completely wrong. It's poles and coaching
@@Lots-p1s mostly poles. how you can be the person responsible for team building for 3 years and ignore the OL all 3 years is a huge inditement on him
Incorrect
That 4 th down call was awful but maybe they know they cant play smash mouth fpptball i saw Jenkins get thrown around like a rag doll , Jones was also pushed around and put Kramer at center I am done with Shekton !!!
Interesting take. Thx for this. 🐻⬇️
Eberflus = Dick Jauron II
🤦♂️ oh no…
You got no shame being a talking head for a losing staff. I don't know what's worst a man with no balls (you) or a bad coaching staff😮
Would you say that to his face?
Your right, the only change in the running game is the Flus
Promotion of Cris Morgan at running game coordinator.
Nobody seems to want to hear that.
I really don’t think it’s a talent deficit. Poles gave the coaches a roster that is ample.
@@SportsTalkBears1
I don't think there's any talent problems, I think there's coaching problems.
