    Dalton took away the arguments that the Panthers have no weapons, and that they can't protect the quarterback. It is at least true that Bryce Young has a lot to learn. Mahomes spent his first year behind Alex Smith. Perhaps this is Bryce Young's year of learning in the NFL. So, I think Rex Ryan's snap judgment about the coach is a little premature. Bryce Young just watched the Panthers win, and score a lot of points. I wonder whether he can put together what he's doing wrong and what Dalton is doing right.

    I feel like somebody needs to spell it out for the sports commentators & journalists who keep bashing the Panthers for benching Bryce Young. So I'll do my best to, even though they'll never read this...
    Bryce Young never should've been QB1 in Carolina.
    They sold the farm and moved up in the draft to get him out of pure desperation. Then they made him QB1 and robbed him of the chance to learn behind a veteran in his first year (something 99% of rookie QB's need), again... out of desperation.
    So taking Bryce out was 100% the right move. Because the alternative is keeping him at QB1 and putting the weight of the team's losses on him when he hasn't been fully developed.... until he inevitably fails to meet those expectations and ends up in the UFL, at best.
    He should've been given this opportunity last year, but because of a desperate (and genuinely bad) coaching staff, he wasn't. He now has that chance to not have to carry the team, to sit back, and learn.
    Better late than never.
    Oh, and Dave can still developed him even if he's not carrying the team every Sunday. To say otherwise is nonsense.

    • @Tang_San00
      @Tang_San00 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Bryce just bad. Nothing can develop him at this point. Im not sure why they picked him number 1. Too small, small frame, no athleticism. Thats why you see him struggling to see over the line. He then scrambles to find open guys because he simply cannot see over his oline. There's absolutely no reason for him to hold the ball and scramble around every snap.

    Bryce will be fine! Maybe he just doesn’t fit with Carolina. Maybe he just not ready yet. I just hate how the world has just become so much about instant gratification and quick results! In real life there are times when we may have the best possible person to be with and maturity wise we’re just not ready yet and we have to do work to get better. Hopefully not only Bryce Young but any person on this earth who wants better results out of life will do what it takes to get better and get what they feel they want or deserve. It just sucks that in the world we live in now that if someone doesn’t meet our expectations we quick to condemn them for it. When we look at any area in life the most successful teams/organizations/companies/ relationships/ are the ones who took the time to develop and progress and not just say well this doesn’t work today so let’s not be patient and move on. I hope everyone has a blessed day!! 💯🤞
