Hi Mihailo, thank you! It`s difficult to say accurately because some of the exercises I already started doing when I was in Aikido kids class and kinda grew into it. But despite this I had to practice specifically for certain exercises. For example the Crescent Kicks it took me a few months to reach a basic level and from there I just kept doing it over many years until today. To sum it up I would say if you practice regulary it takes up to 3 month to reach a basic level but key is to keep on doing it over a extended period of time. :-)
Is it permanently or does it disappear after some repetitions? I know a lot of people who have pop sounds in their joints when they do certain movements but it doesn`t hurt them. I would say keep on doing the kick and working on your hip mobility. Observe how it develops, chances are that it will disappear the more used you hips become to the motion. Hope it helps!
@@thomas.inauen Tom I really appreciate the reply, very kind of you. You are absolutely right there is no pain going with it. I'm relieved more people have this, yes its better on some days than others ! Though seems very very hard to completely get it out. Aye man I just gotta keep it up, more and more mobility training for my rigid hips :P Take care dude
Try to strenghten those muscles in that area where it pops. Check where you could maybe have an muscle imbalance. But it could be also another reason. Try it out
