hello sirf i am confused can u pls help me. my 4th sem just got over and right now i am having holiday for 3month, i have already done DSA only dp is remaining so i just started it also i have done backend with django now i dont know what should i do should i prepare for placement only or give gate exam in DA my branch is (AI&DS) since in this sem only i studied ML,DL,AI basics whatever the topic is written i have studied in basic way should i give or not since preparing for gate needs lot of time suggest something if u need more info of me to suggest pls feel free to ask looking forward for ur reply.
See, you have enough time for the exam. As your branch is also Data science you have studied the basics. You can go for the DA exam also according to your capability you can decide since seats for iit's are less. And for placement also, freshers hiring is somewhat tough. Use the opportunity well you have time, start studying maths and stats for the exam

In future PSU can accept DA exam, but i'm saying till now there is no official notification. Also, GATE wallah will say that PSU will accept bcoz they want students to start preparing and join the institutes for coaching.

iit dhanbad has released their brochure yesterday, check that. Other iit's will also release their admission brochure very soon. Only then we can know. Let's see what happens.
