I'll be sure to post some pictures in the community tab so people can see what they look like - I'm thinking to do them like a daisy they are my favourite flower :)
@@prettydarnadorable mine too and tulips and magnolias as well. Is the scrubbie yarn hard to work with if you’re a newbie crocheter? Heard it was i hope not let me know thanks
I agree I’m going to do a test with white cotton and acrylic to see which one stains the least and washes the best. Which ultimately means lasts longer. I think it will be the acrylic with the scrubby yarn but we will see 💕
So i bought some scrubby yarn and tried working with it, it was thin and difficult so i had wondered if i could combine it with cotton and went in search and found your tutorial and was so happy!! I didn't even think about having a two sided scrubby, these are amazing..i am absolutely in love with them and have already made several tonight after finding your awesome tutorial, thank you so much!! 🖤🖤🖤
I am running into the same issue, sadly the hardest part of this thing was skipped in the video haha. Every time I still end row 3 with 12 stitches! I have been crocheting since I was a kid, not sure why this is stumping me lol
Wait I think you did the same as me! I was only going into the stitch of the HDC like in row one. I was not going in both the HDC and the SL ST of the previous row.
Love these scrubbies but I don't know why at round 3 the scrubbie starts to ruffle up! I'm following the video closely but it still ruffles up! Please help, It's such a pretty pattern.
@@Value1lady yes but paired with a regular yarn you will be able too. If you are new to crochet watch the video through first then crochet along with it. Or you can make it using just regular yarn and then again with one of each. Working with the scrubby alone was next to impossible for me.
@@prettydarnadorable i meant is it hard to use with the cotton yarn as well. I got your answer as no i could do it. Do those scrubbies work well on the dishes?
Hi I’m new to your channel and am loving it! Wanted to ask…instead of 2 soft yarns could I use a soft and a scrubby yarn together for this pattern? TIA Heather
Welcome! So happy to have you here! Yes for sure! In the video I mention that I have made one side with two strands of cotton then the other is the scrubby yarn and cotton together. It is really the only way I have been able to work with the scrubby yarn. You an see how I do it in this video here. th-cam.com/video/UJmJMqhCD_Q/w-d-xo.html Let me know if you have any other questions and thanks again! 💕
What colour are you going to make?
Not sure yet ill have to look at the colors of scrubby yarn. I have lots of cotton yarn.
@@Value1lady I have yet to make a multi colour plan wanna try tonight
@@prettydarnadorable bet they will look good in multi colors

So happy to hear this! Thank you :). If you use two different colours and change each round it is super cute too!
I must be a bit dense.... but cannot get past row 2.... dont understabd hiw y I u are doubling stitcges to 12 and 24.... can you please help me.?
For round 2 you need to work 2 stitches in to every stitch so this will double your count. Let me know how you make out :)

So beautiful design ❤ 😍
So glad you like them!
I’d like to know what size a hook used for this🧶
I love your tutorial! I’m a newbie at craft fairs - may I ask about the price you charge for the double scrubbie? Thank you so much!!!
Ohhh good luck! I would charge between $3-$5 each - or sell in sets that way you can make a little more :)
Thank you!! Great job! ❤
Thank you too!
Love this! New subbie!🥰
These are great- thank you!!!
Hey Keri - you are so welcome! I want to make some darker coloured ones for my kitchen - they are so fast! Have a great rest of your weekend. :)
