Before I retired we had gotten rid of fax several years ago and then after a year of no faxes recieved or sent none of our UK or european customers/ suppliers still have a fax number in their contact info I assume its just a thing in the USA
Thank you for this info! We got rid of our fax machine years ago and havent needed it since, but today we had to fax something(so weird in today's world lol) and we don't even know any other companies who still use fax, so I was like surely there is a way to fax from your comp. This was perfect! And the 2 bucks for sending with no advertising was perfect and a fair price. Definitely easy and convenient! Thanks again!
Your videos are always so helpful. Really appreciate the time and effort you put into your content. Always so clear. BTW the word you want at 1:01 is remuneration, not renumeration (sorry, I'm a teacher, I can't help myself).
THANK YOU ! easy to use and they even give you a confirmation note once it reaches the receiver . TRUST me when i say easy to use - Bing Bang Boom , fax is sent and done :) . Good stuff.
There's a law that now requires e-signatures to be accepted under most, if not all, circumstances. I think it is called the E-Sign Act, passed in the early 2000s, so by now the physical signature is not only superfluous but also not required. I've refused every time when I've been told otherwise, and the other party had to comply.
I avoid faxes, I scan documents from my fax/scanner/printer "only" and email documents to people. And I was born in 1961 and I used to use them and owned a few, but now a days "faxes" have gone the wayside.
I have security concerns if sending a document especially a legal doc to a middle man first. Especially for (free). These aren't benevolent organizations doing this. I have a hard time believing a one time cover page add begins to pay for the service.
In this case I know the owner of FaxZero, and will happily vouch for them. And, yes, the cover page (which includes an ad, I believe) supports the service, plus revenue from people who don't want that default cover page. (It's pretty cheap to bypass it and send your own, and it adds up.)
I thought about this, but isn't any service a middle man? There are so many opportunities these days for our information to be stolen, so we should be vigilant--I just happen to trust this Leo character. I had to send a copy of my bank statement, and before taking photos, I used paper to cover up a lot of my personal information, and my claim was accepted! It was free and I even left a $1 tip because I was so happy to be saved the hassle of finding alternatives. With other FaxZero customers leaving tips and paying extra for no ads and more pages, I can see how they're making money off of this.
County/gov offices. I am having to learn all of this because I need to register a car and they want the title faxed over. Can't be emailed for some reason.
I have recently had to fax some legal docs with my signature or physically mail them. that's the only choices I was given. I think it is because of security reasons.
I have had to fax several documents in the last year. I was not worried about it because, the information had no value to anyone else, other than myself and the recipient.
Yes, faxes are still a thing.
Faxzero charges $2.99 USD to send a unbranded fax. Sorry, but $3 for a fax in today's world is still a lot!

Pharmacies and healthcare agencies.
Yes, faxes are still a thing. IRS, California Franchise Tax Board, and healthcare companies require mail or fax 🥴 Anyway, thanks for sharing.
Gov agencies, schools, Insurance Companies.. 🙄... True its 2024 but guessing u must not live in the US..
So helpful! Spent an hour looking for a fax option and you solved my problem in 2 minutes! Fax sent! Thank you!
Thanks so much for that CLEAR, LUCID explanation. It clears the confusion and obviates buying an MFC printer.

Thanks Leo. You are amazing. It works perfectly. Got my suff done, and spared the stress and cost of dashing down to the street office store.
Very easy to use! Thanks so much Leo! And thanks to your friend!
Thank you so much for this $2 to send a fax without having to leave my house! So worth it!
Thank you for the reference, Leo. You saved me, like over $15, and a drive to the office-store, for the fax👍🏻🔥
I faxed, like 11 pages!
Thank you. This is easier and more affordable than faxing from a copy store.
Thank you , the service works perfectly. I appreciate the share.
I am subscribing just because you rock man. Keep up the good work!
As always, clear as pure water!
THANK YOU ! easy to use and they even give you a confirmation note once it reaches the receiver . TRUST me when i say easy to use - Bing Bang Boom , fax is sent and done :) . Good stuff.
Worked out at the end. Thank you!

Great, I accomplished it by the time your talk was over.
Thank you ! Hospital needed me to fax a document. This was easy.
I have to send HIPAA compliant documents and most local and state agencies still require a fax not an email.
Thanks Leo. Nice video.
I avoid faxes if at all possible. Terribly insecure. If I have to I would pay to avoid the cover ad. Read the privacy doc before using any service.
Anyone know a good (free) way to receive a fax? I need records from the DMV and they only offer it by fax or mail. Fax would be faster. Thanks!
Thank you very much.
Free is limited to 3 pages! Upgrade was $2.09

You didn't explain how to use it. Do you just fill in the info right on that first page that looks like an ad?
I have security concerns if sending a document especially a legal doc to a middle man first. Especially for (free). These aren't benevolent organizations doing this. I have a hard time believing a one time cover page add begins to pay for the service.

But you are correct in the sense that faxes are not inherently secure, no matter how you send them.
Not every business is nefarious my friend.

FYI, I'd be good with you having an affiliate fee as I wouldn't have figured this out on my own.
99,99999% you don't need to receive a fax - but that's simply 100% when you do
How to I get my confirmation number to send a free fax?
Here the question would be.... who is still sending faxes in 2024 ?
Here in Germany I don't think anyone sends a fax anymore.
Many businesses still send Faxes to eachother.
IRS - of course they still use faxes!
County/gov offices. I am having to learn all of this because I need to register a car and they want the title faxed over. Can't be emailed for some reason.
The vatican city. To meet the pope you need to book via fax
Perhaps pay a visit to Japan 😂
you can sign a PDF file sign it and send it back to the person I've done it plenty of times!
does this actually work?
Because of HIPPA, fax is still in use with medical information.
Yeah, because it hasn't been updated or at least that part about faxes hasn't. But, it's probably inertia in the industry.
Why is faxzero charging me $39?
They shouldn't be. Reach out to them.
i dought ppl still use faxes
People send thousands of faxes a day through FaxZero... so apparently it's still a thing.
I have recently had to fax some legal docs with my signature or physically mail them. that's the only choices I was given. I think it is because of security reasons.
@@garyradtke3252 ironic since Faxes aren't really that secure.

@@askleonotenboom Have you had issues with the ones that you have sent ?
Gracias 🤍
