Maybe call it "Zarya" (Заря) (which means dawn) as the first lunar landing is only the beginning of the journey to uncover the distant mysteries of the cosmos.
Oh, and Zarya was the actual name for my favourite soyuz-replacement project that would have utilized retro-propulsive landing to land back on earth. Anyway, it's not like you'll be naming the space station for the Zarya module, right?

Perhaps the lunar Soyuz could be called the Arkticheskiy, considering that it's rather cold up in space. That or maybe Baltika.

@@kamilr4145 Agreed, and it'd make a good nod to a geographical location, kinda like how Vostok was a direction, "east" and Soyuz being a nod to the USSR itself, meaning "union"

"Kommuna" or "Коммуна" is a cool name, there was an aircraft carrier named that and it basically means commune in russian. Starts with a K, has a "mun" in it and powerful propoganda, slogans can be made like SOVIET KOMMUNA LANDED ON THE MOON, which basically means not only cosmonauts landed but a wast group of communist people.

Zayats, Russain for Hare, should be the name of the lunar orbiter module of the Lunar Soyuz. Named after the character Zayats in the classic russian cartoon "Nu Pogodi" (Well, just you wait) which first aired in the Soviet Union in 1969, it would be accompanied by the lander "Volk" (wolf) who would chase up after Zayats after getting dropped from space down to the moon. I feel it's both a unique name, calls back to a nice little piece of soviet cultural history, and pairs up well with the roles of the two craft, with Volk chasing up after Zayats from the moon, and Zayats escaping back to earth after a close encounter with Volk.

Regarding Cavea-B - IIRC the Block-D used UDMH/NTO for its RCS, which should have similar performance? Of course, for pure flavour, high-perfomance monopropellants are quite cool, and especially for something like a spin-stabilised stage there's a complexity argument to be made in favour of it (perhaps mass for only one set of anti-slosh baffles as well?). Certainly fits the espionage-oriented theme well.
Perhaps a bit dull, but Lunar Soyuz could be ковчег луны - lunar ark - of course, the literal meaning being simply "lunar ship", but being an escape from a world at the edge of destruction for two crew to brief peace, to return heroes for humanity, there are quite a few parallels with the Noah's Ark story. Especially if it first carries two tortoises around the moon - of course, Sever's already done crew, but if there's going to be uncrewed lunar launches of to-be crewed vessels simply to test the launch vehicle, more data is more data! Can't be too careful with biology & radiation, especially after what happened in the 'States with Peter and Eileen on Gemini 3.

Trying to think of names to use for the Lunar Soyuz LOK mission.
The ones I can think of are "Zond" or "Heavy Zond" (Zond is Russian for probe), "Rodina" (Russian meaning for Homeland), "Zvezda" (Russian meaning for Star), "Slava" (Russian meaning for glory), "Groza" (Russian meaning for Thunderstorm), "Uragan" (Russian meaning for Hurricane) and “Raskat” (which is a Russian meaning for Steamroller apparently).
Those are the names that come to mind. Of course these names will likely need to be kerbalised if they were to be used.
Most of the information I found was secondary sources on the internet, I don't speak Russian.

Raskat (раскат) can also be translated as a loud noise made by thunder, like 'раскат грома' = 'thunder peal'. I think "rumble" and "peal" in English both have close definition to raskat in Russian.

Call IT ██████ ██████! That is the best name for it, and those Americans won't know what it means!

I was always taught (in various Russian studies) that Д is pronounced somewhat closer to "deh" and not "day". So "Блок Д" should be pronounced "Block Deh" instead of "Block Day".
(There is a hint of an 'ay' sound in the 'eh' that stems from the fact that 'э' is mostly 'eh' but with many accents a hint of an 'ay' sound as well.)
I'm no expert, of course; Russian is a very hard language, almost as hard as English, and I never became fluent. Maybe in soviet films of the era, there's recordings it was pronounced with a more official accent that I don't know?
As for Mare, your second pronunciation is right; that's how it is pronounced in most surviving Romance languages, where it also means Sea.

The lunar Soyuz should be called alexi after alexi leonov who could have been the first man on the moon

That would be a bit weird since Alexei Kerman is going to be flying it

    Some suggestions:
For something more Soviet-sounding, I'd suggest Надеяться (Nadeyatsya) for hope, or Вперед (Vpered) which means something close to onwards
If you're looking for something a bit more nationalistic for such a big achievement, Родину (Rodinu) for Motherland or Невский (Nevsky, who essentially founded Russia, Ukraine and Belarus) would sound nice I think
