With razor fish, you use a meat tenderiser and smash the meat, then egg and crumb, then fry. Sooo good,

Would you recommend Eyre Peninsula or Yorke Peninsula for young families? We've only got a couple of weeks and will only have time to check out one

Can you tell me & my wife iff you didn't have the kids would you have got that big van. We have a duel axle 19ft6 full off rd we are almost 60yrs old do you think it would be stupid to get a smaller off rd van say around 15ft so we can get further off rd.
Hi Phillip - if we didn’t have kids we would probably stick to the 15ft vans so we could get into more spots 🤙 everyone travels different though , just got to find something that suits you and your wife and the type of travel you like to do 🤠
With your razor fish next time just pickle them in apple vinegar allow a couple of hours to soak best way to eat them

You don't need to cook razor fish. Just eat raw or dipped in vinegar lol. great videos love watching your great treks. Got love your family always honest and funny. What a life xx

The razor clams were a bit of a waist of time . but what about the scollops , you missed them.
Yeah they were a waste of time but it’s okay we got scallops at another place and they were delicious 🥰
As they are, don’t even cook them, strait out of the shell.

Hey guys question about your dmax rims and Tyres . Did u upgrade either or both and what size do you have ? Are they the higher rating for the weights ? Like 1.1.1 etc like 265/60/r17 or 265/70/r17 ? Look fwd to your reply
Hey yes we upgraded the rims and tyres can’t remember the load rating but the tyres are 265x70R17 we had to get the load rated rims and tyres for the upgrades to be engineered 👍

Parham now that's a name from the past I used to go with my dad to catch blue crabs 50 years ago oops now I'm showing my age you can't go past Yorkes for a great time lots of camping you know only poor people eat razor fish 🐟 we have a shack at Fisherman Bay I have a sweet spot for getting crabs guaranteed great episode guys 😀 cheers legends ☺️

Elenya, good on you for emptying the "Devil's Esky", love that name for it Nick and I think we might adopt that wording. Was excited that you checked out Barkers Rocks, it really is a great location if you can get a site, if not there, there is also a campsite behind the dune or head onto Bluff's Beach via that campsite, the sand is compact and easy for towing a caravan. How good are the sunsets in SA! Happy travels lovely people. 💛

If I was to cook them I’d cook in shell on bbq so it cooks in juice
