We’re currently on the Yorke Peninsula, we had some great days, today we had to leave Wauraltee beach because of the strong winds, we can thoroughly recommend this place if the weather conditions are suitable. Big mumma, the pies, you need to “blind” cook them to stop the soggy bottom. Blind cooking is you put the pastry in the oven with nothing in it once you put them in the muffin tin.

Always a great watch you guys.. just a question.. you stay at some increadable camps.. do you find most places you need to be fully self sufficient as in toilet and proper grey water tank?
Yes a fair few camps especially here in SA (:
If you are heading inland head for naracoorte, go to the swimming lake for a swim then you could catch some yabbies at mullinger swamp, you can camp there or go across to cockatoo lake on your way towards the coast.
