I love the 12v train era, because it's the only time mainland European railways were really represented, other than 1 or 2 odd sets like the TGV we'd see later. The stickers and alternative builds are the cherry on top. And I love the fact that, despite their simplicity, loco's like the 7750 actually look realistic (atleast for their age) even compared to something like the Emerald knight. 7740 is actually based on a real train service and 7710 uses the Dutch carriage colour scheme. I am very eager to get my hands on one of these one day. The trains also remind me more of model railways, rather than the more toy-ish trains we get today.

I picked 7745 a while back and it's easily one of my favourite LEGO trains that I own. Such a cool looking set! I remember seeing it for the first time in a LEGO catalogue with a 9V motor, around the time they were phasing out the 12v system.

Most of your ratings are OK, but I would definitely rate 7725 over 162, since it is a Grey Era train and as such alone looks better than any Blue Era train. I expected 7740 and 7750 on top of the list but not 7760, just because they are larger and more impressive. As you mention, the 7760 looks nicer than 7755 due to the blue colour. So I would rate 7740, 7750, 7760. Oh, and you forgot 7730. I especially like the white-blue refridgerator car of this freight train.
