Every year that passes, it’s so much less about the coach and personnel than Jerry being that much of a hindrance. Every single other team has been to a championship in the last 30 years except them.
On top of being coach, Jerry’s the GM too, so you can’t even really get a coach to affect change when the GM and owner are the same guy. I’m surprised Micah be tripping recently, but I think it’s more he’s hoping by buddying up to Jerry, he’ll got that rich contract extension and have a brand after football. Not strive for excellence. Not be considered more than an athlete and pass-rusher.
