Just thought I’d let you all know. The ‘Open App’ under shortcut doesn’t open the shortcuts app, it allows you to select an app in your phone to open up rather than having to make a shortcut for it. Super nice
go into shortcuts and create new shortcut then change the icon of this shortcut to the wifi logo then add an action and change ‘turn wifi’ into ‘toggle wifi’ then add the shorcut into the conrol center

Thank you ! I think control center is good for actions you can do on top of other apps like the waterlama or dark noise widget but opening apps makes it lose its meaning. Just put the app on the homescreen, it’s way easier to access !
There's a dedicated "connectivity" page in Control Center that has the individual Wifi and cellular controls, but there aren't actions you can place manually.
I feel like any control center button that opens an app is just a glorified app icon. I want everything I do in control center to stay there. otherwise I may as well put a shortcut on the home screen
I have to seriously question the mental wellbeing of anyone tracking their water consumption. It’s called being thirsty. That’s how you know when you need water. Not an NGO saying “you need 8 glasses a day” or some nonsense. Very very neurotic behaviour.
Yeah man, absolutely agree, this is getting ridiculous, app for drinking water, app for literally breathing, i mean why would i need this kind of apps, if i wanna drink water, i go drink water, why would i wanna know how much i drink water, what am i gonna do with that information?
It's awful... completely unnecessary and poorly designed. Gave me a million button and extras screen, when I already had all I needed with fewer buttons and fewer screens.

App Library should also be customisable like the control center. I hate that I cannot control which apps show up within a category which ones don’t.

can you make a shortcut/widget/... for rewinding 10 seconds of the current songs playing via Spotify and also one for skipping 10 seconds ahead?
You can do that with a single Shortcut action, "Seek" media action and then customize the seconds!

You just need to be on the latest version of the App and iOS 18. Go to the app's page in the App Store as automatic updates don't refresh sometimes.
What is the control with the alarm bell next to his lock function ? I don’t see it on my phone.
That’s silent mode! If you have an iPhone 15 or older without an Action Button you won’t see it there.

It's a bit wonky to add pages and delete pages (have to remove all actions on a page for it to disappear).

That's on the dedicated connectivity page for Control Center. Not sure you can make that with a standalone control.
