Yo man! Have you ever considered dyeing the interior roof liner fabric and what not black? I started to Plasti dip a lot of the sun faded trim on the exterior of my 06 black h3 and now I can’t stand the beige top of the interior lol. I debating doing it. Should be an interesting project
Yep sadly. That being said there should be an event this year going on in British Columbia. Search "Hummers at Whipsaw" trail on TH-cam. A group of Hummer guys did a run there about 6 months ago and they are going to do another one sometime this year.
@@4lowmode thank you, I'll take a look. How are the shafts holding up with 38" tires? I'm looking into one that has 37" I think he said he got it ready for 6" lift but idk if it's lifted or ill have to do it. Still new to them so learning it all about them.
@@BoschPorsche The CVs hold up fine with 38s, but you absolutely must have the GM Genuine / AC Delco CV axles. If you buy any cheaper aftermarket ones from Cardone, Carquest, Trakmotive, etc they are going to break. For whatever reason, all of the aftermarket replacement CV axles are slightly shorter than the OEM ones. This in turn puts more stress on them and causes them to break a lot easier when off road. Technically, there was never a 6 inch lift offered for the H3, but you can combine different suspension lift options to get to that height. If you want to direct message me on Instagram and I could take a look at the H3 that you were interested in buying, feel free to do so and I can see if I can tell you any details about it by looking at the pictures. I believe Wipsaw is in August. I'm in Washington State but not sure if I can make it this year.

Hilift, the company the makes the offroad jacks sells a tube mount that allows you to mount their jacks onto a tubular grille guard.
