On my first Sporty ( 1988 4 speed 883) i took it in for the 1200cc wiseco piston upgrade. When i picked it up a week later and rode it 20 mile home i was staggered by the difference .it was like a scalded cat.
I love this bike. It’s pretty much exactly how I would choose to set mine up. I like that 48. They got bigger badder bikes but they cost how much? And if you ever ridden one of them you realize this thing is a lot more nimble on the road and handles a lot better than the larger hogs do. Unless you’re actually a really taller heavier guy. But for guys that are not actually a gorilla the 48 is where it’s at
True. Im a 5’6 ‘7 120pound dude and im glad im making the right decision in getting a 48 instead of jumping straight to a dyna or softail. I cant wait to get the 48 in a few months, im going to stage 1 upgrade it as soon as i get it. I like the setup on this one but im probably going for lower z bars like from 4’ to 8’
6'4" , 274lbs , gripped my first this week (48) and when I sat on mine she was alright had enough drop that it looked lower hahah but I will only be taking her out for a rip up and down a few back roads and light highway run back home at night . 2 shovelheads as well but weight , age , one being rigid , time , the weight hahah
Question, what plug wires are those? They look like Hotfires 10.2 mm If not where did you get them, are they Dragon fire or twisted? And Hey man great build.
Great bike! Question, when you started up it sounded like if there were a problem, like the battery have not enough power.... Is it always like that? Thanks
My Buell used to do that. If you have a higher compression engine, and the last time you ran the bike the engine stops a cylinder right before the compression stroke, it can do that. My Buell did it for years even with a new battery
So a stage 1 is a full exhaust system , air intake , and tuner or dyno tune . What would make it a stage 2 is a stage 1 but with a cam upgrade if he were to upgrade the games it would be considered a stage 2 ur heads , pistons , cylinders things like that are more of a stage 3 and 4 . Stage 4 is logically the highest

That's like the first time taking out my Breakout 114. Luckily I was holding on tight cause it jumps hard if you're not ready for it.
This is a nicely done 48
Good walk around, thanks for posting ✌️

Great bike! Question, when you started up it sounded like if there were a problem, like the battery have not enough power.... Is it always like that? Thanks
I have a 2014 forty eight and have the same problem, dont know whats causing it tho, changed battery 3 times so far

Vance and Hines short shots
Size of the z bars bro? We wanna know please and thank you!
It’s a 12” set up. 10” bars based on 2” risers, like most sportsters. So you’d get the 12” cables if you were gonna buy the 10” bars.
This is almost identical to mine
Whats the difference
@@Cheaps928 mine doesn't have a lifted tank
What size is rear tyre mate?
Looks like stock tyre to me. 150 size
Stock 150
What is the seat?
Stock bro
Precisava de um tanque de 12 litros, seria perfeita!
Bikeporn!!!
Sounds like a stock cam to me. Looks like it's really just a stage 1.
It’s a stage 1 bud
How do you know bro?
Stage 1 is intake and exhaust - this has cam and tuner = stage 2
drop the rear end and ditch the seat
Handle bars suck
Harley is trash just got the name go buy indian
Matter of opinion, not fact
When are people going to learn no go or tq numbers and video sucks big down.
Hasn’t been on the Dyno so I have no idea
It’s not all about the numbers Verne 🤷🏻♂️
What tuner do u have if u didn't dyno it for bigger cams??
What bars are those ?
Z Bars 10Inch
