I had a ducted fan, 2 stroke F-16 I built from scratch back in 1996. It was one of the easiest to fly planes I've ever had. And landings were always beautiful. Thanks for taking this awesome bird out again guys. Get under cover!!!

The club I flew with in Texas had a requirement for new members to have an AMA membership. Came in handy when a visitor to our airfield parked his very expensive car next to the runway. We told him to move but before he decided to comply, a large pattern plane with an OS60 Max engine stalled on approach and went right through a front fender. You’d be surprised how much damage a pound of metal going 50 mph can do. AMA covered the total cost of the repair. Don’t recall how much that was. We changed a whole bunch of rules after that.

I did notice one thing while you were showing the retracts at the end. With them up and doors closed. It reminds me of a baby sharks belly 😂🤷♂️. But seriously, awesome video. God bless.
I love the F-16! Fun Note: The F-16's body was designed to slide sideways in the air to stay flat and shoot the enemy coming up on the side or behind in the 4 o'clock or 8 o'clock position. Ive never seen it done though. Learned that in my F-16 Flight Simulator's history.

I think you guys should really research AMA a little more as far as insurance policies. If you hit someone or something and cause damage to property or injury, you may have to pay out of pocket FIRST before AMA reimburse you, and that's IF they reimburse you the amount you paid out! And you have to be at a designated AMA approved site to benefit from AMA. Please research a little deeper regarding AMA insurance policy and inform your viewers there are some caveats within the highlights of AMA
I encourage you to do the same my friend. I can tell you with 100% confidence that you are mistaken. You do not have to fly at an AMA approved location to be covered by them. There is a lot of misinformation out there regarding this.

A few years ago on 72 mhz I was finishing up as a storm approached. I looked up just as I shoved the antenna down just to see cobweb lightning right over my head. Oh, well…
put a 120 amp ESC in the viper & run it on 8s. The std motor can take it but not 10s. I fried it trying 10s. I run mine with 1 5000mah 6s & 1 5000mah 2s. The power is amazing.
