I love Max, he will be remembered fondly after he retires, everyone hates him now because of how hopeless it is even trying to beat Redbull with him guiding it. I'm so happy and excited to see greatness happening in front of my eyes, how crazy is it to have over the course of your career other companys spending close to or even over a billion trying to beat you but you keep winning. I love this man

@@ChrisJR1000 just how it goes, the person to beat always gets hated. and it seems like its alot of people because its always fans of every other driver hating on whoever the guy to beat is. we've seen it with vettel hamilton and now verstappen as well, in my opinion if you get this kind of treatment as a driver you know you've made it.
I love him too, for the same reasons.
We are witnessing greatness, the likes of which has rarely been seen….he belongs with names like Senna, Fangio, Schumacher…
I think that if there were a real title fight i wouldnt mind it, but right now its just boring to watch races(that dont have very good racing anyways) and only expect a fight for second or third place. Altho i agree that the same happened to vettel but at least he had some competition
@@temp0theman830 the race is boring when you ain't winning but I don't get why people say "the race is boring" if anything the team winning should be saying the race was Boring since the other guys are always fight with each other even if it's not for 1st. I mean fighting to get 5th place and fighting to get in Q1 shouldn't be boring but it's the hypocrisy and jealous of some people towards the winning team they call winning boring, again shouldn't fighting to get in Q1 and to get p4 p5 and p6 be entertaining ?

on some tracks yes, i have been on the podium in austria and the drivers steps are always there, the winning engineer one is not though

Lance is the same position as when he was with VET sadly Seb was washed up then thats why he retired
probably alonso's hunger is why he's getting the results and a few upgrades here and there. But most importantly seb was on the way out anyway and past his prime.
@@realitycheck908 While Alonso is a better driver than Vettel in my opinion, Aston Martin has absolutely made a big step forward this season.
Lance has just been horrible the last few races since he was much closer to the front in the first few races.
Vettel's performance really dropped during his stint at Ferrari. I think he was mainly driving for the paycheck.
In any case, Alonso deserved it more than Vettel. So I am happy, that Vettel left and Alonso replaced him.
Although for you, as a German Vettel fan, it might be hard, but at least it's not some De Vries driving it, instead of Vettel, but Fernando.

Yeah this is his 3rd time and his first since Hungary in 2021
so Ocon ended up there with the 2 pilots who hate him the most
Monaco has not enough budget for the stand.

Y’a rien qui va avec ce podium 😭 Déjà les deux pilotes qui apprécient sans doute le moins Ocon se retrouvent ensemble sur le podium, ensuite Alonso qui nous fait un petit pas derrière pour monter sur la tribune VIP pour éviter Ocon et pouvoir serrer des mains, Max qui se met plein de champagne sur les mains en rattrapant la bouteille d’Ocon qui glisse, et qui du coup ne sert la main de personne car la sienne est poisseuse de champagne au point qu’il doit s’essuyer sur sa combi 😭 C’est trop désastreux je peux pas

Interesting take. Because while he's a little hot tempered he's calmed down tons (I think Checo has helped him) so like I only hate him when he's on the track. When he's just being his goofy self in interviews and stuff he's quite quirky and likeable and as a child of abuse myself I can't help but find his story inspiring. I mean he has an absolute shoestain for a dad and he's turned around and is a very caring stepdad to P and I love that personal growth arc for him. So yeah I just hate him winning all the time but not him personally
