The Reidmar is great. I owned mine (the first version) since 2012 and apart from the power light failing twice it's a very capable amp. I've owned a few different EBS cabs but I've sold them for different reasons and I'm now pairing the Reidmar with a Markbass 102HF. I'm perfectly happy with that combination.

What cabinet is Tal Wilkenfeld using for the 752? Could not see in the picture.
I played a gig once where they had an EBS combo of all things as their back line bass amp. It was so seriously impressive that's it's put and EBS on my list of amps I'd like to eventually own. Don't know if I could reconfigure all my abs too, But I've always had my eye on the Reidmar 750. I'm sure I'll grab one at some point, especially with this updated version.
gt96g... I had exactly the same situation... Played a gig with an EBS supplied backline & I was impressed... I went & bought a Reidmar 750...but the 4ohm model..which is perfect as I use 2x 8ohm cabs... The sound & reliability is superb, even after 4 years..
I have a Reidmar 750 as well and I use it with 2 EBS neoline 112 cabinets for a while now and I am still very happy with it. It's easy to set up and it sounds amazing with all of my basses!!

I’m really curious about the performance with that cab. Have been looking to downsize my rig but was not able to find anything with enough ‘beef’ in a rock trio.
Bergantino NXT212 is an excellent alternative as well . It really crushes any cab I’ve heard thus far 🤘🏼

I have the Reidmar 750 and it is just an amazing amp. I don’t know if it makes playing 5% easier, but I definitely sound at least that much better!

EBS may be a great amp but not a big seller in USA. I checked out your link to Sweetwater and they do not have EBS bass amps at all, just their pedals. We have lots of other very good brands in USA and the market may be getting saturated. Enjoyed your video and seems like a good product.

Hey Gregor, I have an opportunity to purchase a Glockenklang Steamhammer or a Reidmar 752, for approximately the same price. I have the 502 and love it, which I will keep as a backup, but I played a Glockenklang a couple of years back and was blown away. Any suggestions, which would you choose?

Is there any difference between this amp and Reidmar 750? Except for the 2Ohm option, of course.
I think : no difference except impedance... (i have 750 since 2018).
Does this amp really have a digital power section? Or is it Class D (which does NOT mean digital 😀)
Class D is usually referred to as a digital power amp

And like all rigs once you’re di’d to the house system it’s basically a (expensive) monitor
I really like EBS kit and own some myself but quoting power at 2ohm is a bit naughty. This is really 230w at 8ohm far less than comparable amps by GR or Bergantino. That said, it’s unbelievably well priced and sounds good so still a huge win.

I'm old school I use Marshall amps for working and Ampeg for practice.
The best amp/preamp for bass is the Ampeg SVT 4 pro… sounds good but it might be a little under powered.
