Lovely condition (I wish mine was that nice). I have never seen the dog net before. I have a one previous owner 2005 XC70 (now on 262k miles) but mine has the steel dog guard that folds up to the rooflining.

Im never fooled by 'low miles'. This usually means the engine never got hot enough and/or was driven by an elderly person so expect blocked EGR valves etc and lots of scuffs and kerbing like this one.
Same goes for 'lady owner'...in other words, carelessly driven and no responsibility for maintenance of even topping up the washer bottle..also expect scratches inside the screen where rings have cut into the glass whilst wiping away mist and ring scratches on the wheel and gear stick.
