Made a mistake at
@ 16.37 Date 12th
Amrit lal a/c dr 1000
To, purchase returns 1000

Sales Returns a/c dr 200
To Arvind a/ c 200.
Both the transactions are credit. So there is no question of taking cash.

I have a doubt, when goods return to aravind it is a purchase return and it is written to arvind a/c dr 1000/- to purchase return A/c 1000?
Because of aravind returning goods it is a type of loss so debit all losses and aravind gives goods back so we gives him cash ,credit what goes out

In the June 12th Transaction why did u mention Cash Dr.??
Since It is not mentioned on cash. I think it should be Amrits account.
Yes right
Bro this is which unit??
Yeah I was thinking the same
And also in june 15 transaction
Good thing I didn't make another comment... coz I too have this same doubt.
Exactly after 12 hours i'll be writing my exam and now i am studying than u mam for teaching this easily

Mam your teaching very exactly mam I got this concept very easy mam really very very a lot of thank you mam
Mam, in June 15 entry when Aravind had purchased via credit why cash is used for his return goods instead of his personal account?
I am an 8th class student and I want to become a C.A so my father recommended this playlist it is helping me learn the basics
how to identify the credit transaction as u said in credit transaction we will take name where to take name and not to take
For example "Sold goods to John" , this is credit transaction because cash is not mentioned. When cash is not mentioned we should take name.
Finally the entry will be
John's A/c Dr
To Sales A/c
@@swethachinnamilli6771 it's also a personal a/c.so Tata LTD A/c Dr
To sales a/c
Thankyou so much mam the way you are teaching is incredible 😍👍
Such a neat n clean explanation
Mam, superbly explained!!
Thanks for Good lecture. I have a question in Goods returned to Amrit lal. where no cash payment taken place, then why Cash A/C debited?. My understanding Amrit lal A/C Should be debited
Thank you mam I came to know many things
Real good structure

💯💯💯💯 understanding 👌👌👌👌👌 super madam 🙏🙏🙏🙏
I am not regular student ,,,I am seeing this vedio one time,,,I can't do it 😊 thank u so much
Excuse me ma'am. In the June 10th transaction you mentioned Amrits transaction.
But since kapil has purchased goods from Amrit on credit. Amrit will *Receive* money later. And Amrit is personal A/c. Don't you think that Amrits a/c should be debit since he will *Receive* money later?
Thank you so much mam, it was very helpful.
Ur very great mam ur role model to us

goods returned by aravind. The entry is Sales Return a/c dr to Aravind a/c( earlier we debited him), because of this Aravind ledger a/c balance Nil i.e. (4000 -200-3760-40)~(cr.sales-returns-cash received-discount). but mam told that Sales Return a/c dr to Cash a/c
Yes, what you said is right.
I have written wrong.
