Hi Paul. I had no idea there were so many different...what's the term...variations of broms. This has been such an informative video. Thanks for sharing your vast knowledge on these lovely plants. A little bit of tropics in NYC.

I adore cryptanthus, and though I've tried several times, I've had no ability to keep them happy - time to try one in acrylic:) Thanks for showing all of these!

@@vikkirountoit497 You know, the only other medium I was able to keep Cryptanthus happy in besides acrylic, was sphagnum moss. They also survive without anything but with misting. I know….theyre terrestrial, but it actually worked for a while. Eventually I moved it to moss. Thanks so much for tuning in. 😃🙏🏼🪴

The box stores in my area are fairly vanilla. Not a lot of variety and they don’t discount them (even when they’re dead) love your collection, might buy a puppy and put it in my secret garden (office with a ginormous window).

@@paultheplantparent2702 Paul, believe it or not, I’ve rescued most of my plants from the garbage…they were abandoned, no bugs and of course gifts of rare specimens from co-workers. I feel lucky, they seem more special to me. Enjoy your secret garden :-)
