Loved Runway having the motorbike like the film and the USAGE OF THAT RUNWAY DOOR AND WHATS BEHIND IT! Would kind of be cool if Archives got the "sort of true to film" treatment where its Bond and Natalya at the start with Mishkin and Ourumov, Mishkin gets killed, you escape the room, THEN the game plays out as normal to get the black box, but you have to protect Natalya the entire time from Endless guards. Fixing the ending so it matches the movie windows near the tank would be cool too if its doable.
That kf7 looks like such a better weapon than the original. It’s like the bullets come out in a straight line, while the original is like a laggy garden hose.
I like to think gras is a pretty patient person, given he's played enemy rockets several times. But watching him lose it on Nutella at 2:01:35 was absolute gold
Seeing the dance moves at 2:55:00 and onward genuinely made me the happiest I've been in years. Love the challenge modes they got intense out of nowhere
I LOVE the RC-P90 reload animation. That warms my heart they modeled the magazine detachment realistically like that. As a kid, I always wondered how on earth that mythical firearm worked because it looked so crazy 😂 Kudos to whomever made that animation!

Perfect Dark And Goldeneye 007 use the same engine, so I can see it essentially being the same game, lol. Whoever made this mod is a genius, just like the people who designed these games. I, personally, never got around to playing the real Goldeneye on 00 Agent all the way through, so one day, im hopeful enough to get the system again! Good Luck!
Little fact for you guys. The original Goldeneye was going to be far gorier. They even had a particle animation for the blood similar to the explosions they wanted to use in the game but It got cut in final development because they wanted to keep the PEGI 16 rating.

It's crazy nobody bothered to do similar games to Rare other than Free Radical for obvious reasons. The last game of this style we got was Perfect Dark: Zero and nobody ever bothered to go this way again.
I would honestly love to see this become a full-fledged remake over time with new assets ported in, RTX and the likes for GoldenEye would be incredible
Wow, I never expected a new version of Goldeneye X, that's amazing to hear! I have a couple of questions: - Does it fix the shotgun? The more realistic version of loading in X made it completely useless as it was so slow and whenever the reloading was interrupted it had to do the start-up animation of the reload again making it even worse. - Are multiplayer AI bots changed? I felt they were too wallhack-y, which made them very unpleasant to play against when using a set with explosives or the Golden Gun. The single player AI seems to be a perfect rendition of the original Goldeneye though, so that's definitely a good sign. - Are the multiplayer maps the full version now? I mean, I know a map like Frigate was never part of the original multiplayer anyway, but even so, with all that was cut from it it just felt too cramped and with too many dead ends.
And these animations aren't custom. They may have been modified to each specific weapon for clip insert accuracy but all of them are just reskinned reload animations from OG Perfect Dark. Most of them are just the reload animations of the Dragon which makes sense as it's the simplest animation and the most satisfying clip insert sound. Did you make this mod?@@Graslu00

It's not the whole GoldenEye X mod, but recently, Jonaeru has merged the GoldenEye X multiplayer arenas with 00dark's PD All Solos in Multi mod, as well as Wreck's Perfect Dark Plus. So we have 52 playable multiplayer stages in one package now for PD PC!

Perfect Dark is fully decompiled, you can probably take a look at the code for it there!
I never heard of goldeneye X project - goes without saying but a Goldeneye & Perfect Dark Rom is needed to get it up and running right?
Only a Perfect Dark ROM, 1.1 NTSC .z64. In the description there's a tutorial to set up the emulator I use on my videos.

These are perfect dark reload animations, gun sounds, npcs, game UI, and everything. Must be some type of reskin mod.
