Except if you're Scottish (or have a Germanic tendency in your language.) If you consider how we Scots pronounce the 'ch' in LOCH, then that's how I pronounce it, with that gutteral sound. Otherwise pretty much the same, but the 'E' is hardly sounded at all. OH-CH-R.
