Omg, you you tubers are making me declutter my entire house, I can’t stop.😂 I was never a clutter person/ hoarder , and I’m not, but now I’m a “bare bones”person. The second hand shop near me has half my house in it for sale.🤣

We have been in our home for over 10 years now with 4 kids. We have no plans to move in the next 10 years. During these school holidays I spent a whole week deep cleaning and going through everything again and cleaning behind furniture, skirting boards etc it was exhausting but needed. If you don’t have moving as a motivator you have to keep on top of it and go through everything like you would if you were moving. I’m not buying stuff this year and will continue to declutter.
I do the same thing when I declutter I’ll put the things in garbage bags or give away or sell the items so I don’t see why people even get emotional about what you do with your things. TYFS❤❤LOVING YOUR DECLUTTER PURGE
If I were to move, I would definitely be doing what you are. I think I remember when you moved to this house you didn’t have much time for decluttering so you brought a lot with you. This time it will be nice to move into your new space with only what you need!

My family members are the same way!! I come from a long line of pack-rats and I REFUSE to follow this tradition. The more stuff you have, the more you have to clean and keep up with. It's either donate or trash (if it isn't use able).

Hi Emily! That is so great that you were able to go through everything before your move. When we moved to a different state we should have decluttered a lot more and ended up paying for a bigger moving truck to only get rid of a bunch of stuff soon after we moved. It was such a waste of money and a mistake we won’t ever make again! Good luck with the move and hope it goes smoothly!

I'm making my second move in 6-7 months. We're going to the exact same duplex but across the street on corner LOL I'm crazy. It's so much work. But I have been giving away a ton (again). On FB freebie groups. Just getting rid of so much random stuff. People will come get most anything. No judgment. Your new place will be so peaceful and the move especially easier and less expensive. This has really helped me with getting the motivation to declutter and minimize our home. My husband can be a pack rat but I'm one that can throw stuff out easily, so this week and weekend I'll be decluttering. Our house is small so it looks so cluttered right now. Also I'm watching to get declutering motivation! We moved a few months ago. New house has a garage so we just got rid of our storage unit and I've been getting rid of so much. No idea why we kept some things. It was more of a place to put things we didn't want in our home. Goal is to have a nice organized garage.
The easiest part is decluttering, the hardest part will be not rebuying all this stuff after settling into your new home.

I hate it when people think that they can tell you what you can do with your stuff after you no longer have a use for it. You paid for it, so you can do with it what you want. I dont know how you deal with those people!

First of all, it's no one's business what you do with your stuff. That being said, I think people get annoyed by people who buy and get rid of stuff so easily. Even if it's donated. Maybe it's even a bit of jealousy. I certainly can't afford to live like that. I keep my furniture untill it's used up. But going on youtube to be negative in the comments never made sense to me. If you don't like the content just move on... Your vids have helped me a lot through the years!

Cleaning with barbie is the best she cleans for other people victims of dv as well as elders. These ladies do this for themselves for profit and bring nothing back to the community if you want real cleaning motivation not maids who help these ppland come weekly so they can move their things around for a video I strongly suggest supporting someone who really cleans she's an angel for so many. Not a rich girl with rich girl problems who doesn't give back at all. Sickens me how much money these women make and they're not giving back to the people who need it or who support them.
Interesting.. I don’t have a maid or anyone who comes to help me clean.. just me & I don’t make announcements when I give back or do things for others. I know it might be hard to imagine but please Keep in mind people live an entire life off of the internet and bits that they share on here..
She helps me. She inspires me and she makes me feel not so alone and keeps me company and she brightens my mood. Help comes in many different ways. Just because it doesn't fit your idea of what help is doesn't mean her videos don't help people.

What a awful thing to say! If a stay at home mom can make money doing cleaning videos and therefore supporting her family financially while staying home and being there for her kids why not?? How is that a bad thing?? I wish I had the confidence to do so. I think it’s great!
