Hololive clips... I didn't run across any Pekora/"almond" stuff until I'd already heard an OkaKoro collab where it was just Korone and Okayu by themselves saying _"PICKLES_ と _PEANUTS"_ to each other and giggling. I was like, I'm tracking this down, and dug all the way to the "''almond almond'?" Pekora talk stream. I'm glad I did that and I'd do it again

I think it's more that the intro ORIGINALLY was "DooOOmoo DooOOmooo" Which people said that it sounded like "Almondo Almondo" cuz... ooomoodoomooodooo...

0:45 "Heito kanri" means "aggro management" as a specifically mmo term for diffusing enemy target focus so nobody gets too much attention from the enemy in question. Okayu's basically saying that they're going to "bully" (playfully, of course) in equal measure for the rest of the stream.

@Caio Coelho Why side with a corporation? Especially one known for mistreating workers (even unceremoniously firing Kojima, removing his name from projects, and preventing him from accepting rewards) and mishandling IPs (MGS Survive was a bastardization of Kojima's vision, P.T. was never actualized, the latest castlevania is a mobile game, latest silent hill came out 2012 and a possible new entry is still just a rumor, and every IP is fair game for pachinko machines).
Their Gaming & Systems segment (gambling/pachinko machines) indeed does not net them quite as much as their Digital Entertainment segment (video games, incl. mobile and microtransactions), but really this is just a cultural shorthand/joke for the deeper underlying problems that plague the company.
But back to the issue at hand, Konami's stance on livestreaming and its clipping is more outdated and draconian even when compared to Nintendo's, and given Nintendo's history, that's really saying something.

It's the way she says it in her intro. Do omo Do omo Do omo twisted to Omo do Omo do which sounds kinda like almond. I think it's just a japanese pronunciation thing.
The way pekora says the o in the middle of do omo sounds a lot like an a, and she separates doomo into two. So when she says do omo do omo, she spelled it do amo do amo, and often it sounds like do almondo almo to western ears.
