This Lead acid battery is 4V, but white LED voltage is 3V3 only (and this module is 3V3 too, they are all in parallel). I've never seen white LED chip for another voltage. Your LED module lifespan will be much longer with resistor 4R7 between LED module and battery. Maximum current for single 5730 LED chip is 150mA and resistor works as current limiter.

Yup, SMD LEDs are the toughest to work with, that I've encountered. It seems to need 500C heat on it's solders, 500C is beyond more great soldering irons and SMD hot air workstations. God bless, Rev. 21:4
LEDs are burned out because you keep powering them up without any current limiter. At 3:18, there is no need to use candle to re-solder - just use your normal soldering iron! This video is full of FAIL.

The board used for refixing the LEDs at 3:18 changes to a different board at 3:20. Look closely at the board.

You dont to remove them from strip, just cut and solder extension wire bith sides. I have done so. Tested and working. 😃

Or just use a special iron for smd removing, heat gun, ultra low melting point solder or in the worst case, solder wick and don't damage you PCBs.
