Just thought I’d share my experience here because why not. I’ve watched your channel since you were announcing baby girls’ pregnancy! We were both at Carson together and I’ve just relived my life as a military spouse with your videos. I had 3 under 3 and I just relate so much. I don’t normally post anything or comment on TH-cam but after watching the “why you’ve been gone” video I also have relatable feelings with that. I’ve since given up social media because people are so mean for no reason. And I applaud you for not showing your children’s face if that’s what you want for them and still finding a way to vlog motherhood. I hope the negative people don’t keep you from sharing with the rest of us that truly enjoy your channel. Thanks for sharing this new chapter, I love all things renovation! Wishing you guys the best on this new and exciting journey!! ❤

Fun!!! 😂 When we did a complete knock down rebuild, we saved our old kitchen cabinets and countertops and put them across one of the walls in the new garage to be used for storage and a workbench. 👌

Your excitement is contagious and I am so, so happy you are pleased with the progress. It is so neat you all have more space to stretch! We did a full gut out of our home a few years ago. We took put the wall between living dining... All open concept. We tore out all walls, electric, plumbing, everything was ripped out to the framing! The mold hidden under bathroom floors and hidden mold in walls, ceiling ,we tore out everything including bathtubs! Also took out all windows! We converted to a tankless water heater, and all new mini split cooling, heating took out all ducts too. And basically we have a smart house with new electrical sockets with USB in the electrical and everything is set for smart house. It took 4 months, stayed in air b&b during demo, did so well- WE have cathedral ceilings with ship lap ( we removed all ceilings) made a farm house style kitchen and farmhouse sink. All glass showers, all tile floors whick looks like wooden floors, but it's tile..... Our utilities are cut in half with the tankless water heater and mini splits, etc. You go have fun and renovate and enjoy it. Once its finished, you will be so excited!!! Open up the windows to air out any floating mold spores in the rooms! Our home doesn't look the same, and all mold is gone!! One day at a time, and pace yourself... Much Love and Sending Prayers 🙏❤️

I've also been watching your channel since your pregnancy with Reagan and I still love to watch your videos. I don't mind that you dont post much about your kids because you're protecting them. I completely understand that. I dont use any social media of any kind because I'm protecting my kiddos (3, 2, 1, and one due in the next couple weeks). And what ever she says in her videos has never bothered me. Everyone has words or even phrases they use frequently because its something they probably grew up hearing their parents and grandparents saying. They usually don't even realize it and it's something that makes them who they are. The people that have an issue with it should look at themselves. They probably do it also. If it bothers them so much, they can fix theirs before judging someone else. Sarah, keep doing what you're doing. Some of us still genuinely care about your content and enjoy keeping up with whay y'all are up to. Don't let the negativity and rude people get to you. They obviously don't know basic manners and humanity. ❤

You're rocking it and when you're solo parenting because Banner is working or deployed makes you the real champ. I have my husband around far more than the average family and I'm so thankful for it because solo parenting while the other is away is HARD. I applaud you and cheer you on! You got this. What hard work and drive it looks amazing already! It would have been cool to save a small piece of wallpaper from the house and frame it as a little "tribute" can't wait to see the finished results!

It's not safe to stay there during renovations. We rented a little house up the street for 4-5 months. We couldn't stay in the house we gutted. We took out plumbing and all electrical, windows everything to the framing Best to stay at air b&b or family if your renovating. Safety reasons and health. I cannot wait to see the renovations. Lots of work, and patience, so fun and worth it..
If you haven't picked out cabinets yet for your kitchen, consider putting drawers in place of cabinets on the bottom, you won't regret it. We just went through the same with our kitchen and have all drawers on the bottome and I LOVE it, so much easier looking for stuff, just open a drawer and pick a pot or skillet
Excited to see the progress! Just curious...will this be your forever home or will you have to leave it in 3 years? It seems like so much effort to only live in it for 3 years. But then again, you can make quite a nice profit if you do have to sell. Best of luck! ❤
Okay but prop to them for moving so fast while demoing…. Because here we are doing little renovations to our house and it’s taken us 6 months just to get one thing off the list😂 I can’t wait to see what it looks like once it’s all done!!!

We were in an Airbnb during demo! & then this past month we were at our house in NC while Banner was away working on it!

We have been here! It's back breaking work. But so rewarding when you are sitting in your upgraded fixer upper.
