I don't know if you guys are listening to yourselves. First rule of football is to never underestimate your opponent. You are talking trash about Croatia with no reason. We were playing in hardest group of this World Cup and we topped the group with only conceding 1 goal. You said that Argentina is shit and everything, while they gave it a great match against France. First round we played against Dennmark,they played great tournament, while you played against Colombia (without James Rodriguez) and when you won on penalties,you said that only result mathers,while you again talked trash about Croatia doing same thing. I'm not saying Croatia are going to win, no one fucking knows who is going to win because every match is different. I'm just saying you are flying little too high,and the downfall is going to be even bigger this way.

But yall need to keep in mind that Croatia beat Russia in front of how many Russians was it? There were barely any Croatians there to support their team compared to the Russians and even with pressure like that Croatians still beat them in penalties, I mean come on, that tells you how mentally strong they actually are... compared to the Spanish who couldn’t do it.

Croatia is stacked with talent from top to bottom, not just in midfield. Subasic (AS Monacco) has proven to be an excellent goalie, Vrsaljko (Atletico Madrid) is a world-class defender, as are Vida (Beskitas; currently being sought out by Liverpool and other big clubs) and Lovren (Liverpool; in spite of Liverpool fans who unfairly use him as a scapegoat every time they lose). Then you have Perisic (Inter Milan), who has yet to fully come on, Kramaric who just finished a remarkable season with Hoffenheim, Rebic who lead Eintracht Frankfurt to win the German Cup, and Mandzukic (Juventus) the wild card who can change things at any moment with head or foot. And I haven't even mentioned Modric (Real Madrid), Rakitic (Barcelona), Brozovic (Inter), Kovacic (Real Madrid), Pjaca (Juventus - out on loan)... Concerns for Croatia: The team is physically and mentally exhausted and hopefully both Vrsaljko and Subasic are 100% healthy and ready to play. Also, I hope the refs continue to officiate fairly against Croatia, the true and honest fans know what happen to Croatia in Brazil in '14 and a good portion of England's goals were penalties during this WC (some of which were weak). I hope Croatia go in with confidence and play to their full potential and I hope Lovren scores one as a cherry on top for the haters.

Croatia had a clean sweep of their group. Nigeria is dangerous. Iceland too, but destroyed Argentina 3-0, and made them look so bad that people started saying Argentina is no good. England however beat nobodys like Tunisia and Panama, and then choked when they played a real team in Belgium, and were lucky to escape with a penalty victory over Columbia. Croatia will bring them back down to earth.
