Yeah pretty rough. I actually had my wife and son out at first. We ran a couple miles and turned around and took them back home then came back out. Crazy how off the forecast was.
Thanks! I often throw something out from time to time, just to see. Often I get amberjacks, but that red grouper was cool. Hopefully I can find some bigger once they are in season!
@ under sized triggers are abundant. My father in law is down in PC today. They caught some nice keeper red snapper and vermilions., sadly cant keep the reds til tomorrow. They are going back out tomorrow
What a fun day. Not much in the box... but that's good fishing for marking reefs for target species when you're ready.
Thanks! I wish I could keep more than one triggerfish since they are soooo good to eat!
I wanna take a motion sickness pill to watch ! Omg when you were trolling that boat was rocking !

Thanks for what you do. I always enjoy your videos. I had no idea that red grouper would hit buck tails. I will try them next time out. Hi to Stephen.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
nice show where in the panhandle where you? an name of a public reef would help me coordinate my course.
Thanks! I’m in Mexico beach and that’s the public launch in Mexico beach. Great ramp. Only minutes from the open gulf.
Hey Cap'n.
Was a good day! Good eating triggerfish.
Would be nice if they dropped the size to 13-14 inches for the Triggers for a year or so
Definitely. That one video that I dropped the GoPro down, it was stacked with triggers. I was even surprised how many were down there.

@ Did you see they extended the red snapper season on the weekends until the end of the year.
@@forgottencoastfishing dang I did not. Just seen they did a Thanksgiving season.
I wouldn’t have know either but oddly enough I was in Mississippi visiting friends last weekend and it popped up on one of my buddies phone
