hello, i did it and i used pre-cutted adhesive, but the screen dont want to glue perfectly, i prefere it to the B7000 glue, did your center had difficulty in removing the glue from the frame in a second replacement?
Why did you need take everything in the back off? Couldn’t you have just take the screen side off ? Also how did you test the new screen just by itself?
westfield90, to change the screen you need to open the device from the back cover ( just like in this tutorial) and to check the new screen you need to put *#0*# Best regards
@@MovilonePhoneRepair When you test the screen, you are just setting it in place and reattaching the battery so that the screen will come on? I assume you have to boot it with the power button?

Both can works perfectly, but the quality between an original and a compatible one, it's different.

I always cringe when I see 3rd party repairs using 'glue' instead of the official pre-cut tape. yeah, you save a buck, and have more profit, until the customer breaks it again, and takes it to a different store... Samsung has all the official parts available, including a full tape set.. please use it...
