Wow! Id love to try some of those lakes up north, I would hope to try out some of these areas this year if this lockdown thing ever dies down. I'm a multi species fisherman and try to learn how efficently catch all Ontario Species, everything from lamprey to Goldfish. However my favourite fish that I focus on is LOCAL URBAN BROOK TROUT. Give it a check perhaps and tell me what you think.

Would love to know where to find the brook trout streams near port hope, shelter valley.... thinking access to creeks is difficult.

@tideleybumsquish your attitude is why you can’t catch fish like that in most places. Learn what selective harvest is. A true sportsman values the experience of catching numbers of trophy fish far more than stuffing his face.
