In ques 53 ans should be inferior, because ligament is lax inferiorly therefore dislocation is common anterio-inferiorly.

In UMN LESION of facial Nerve there is contralateral lower half of facial weakness
And
LMN lesion i.e.bells palsy same side 1/2 face is involved
