PGPCET u can only fill if u have domecile of Maharashtra, and u can go for SVNIRTAR Orissa or NILD Bengal or AIIPMR Exam I don’t have much knowledge about rest colleges of Banglore or Maharashtra.

See in hand of benediction there is neuropathy( damage of nerve) of either ulnar nerve or median nerve … leading to claw like configuration but not exactly claw hand because claw hand is caused by ulnar nerve injury .. So In hand of benediction patient is asked to make a fist so if median nerve is injured so the patient is unable to close index and middle fingers and they will remain extended. And there will be wasting of thenar and muscles supplied by median nerve If ulnar nerve is injured then there is wasting of hypothenar eminence and muscles related with ulnar nerve supply. So I have given answer related to ulnar nerve neuropathy.
About q.46 in clayton it is given SATA at 1W/cm^2 acc to BNR
