I would of been so scared of walking through that water, just incase there was any power on. You could of fried ?
You needed to notify the owners that there is that pipe broke down there so they can come get it shut off!!!
I would have been worried about electrical cables or power point being under that flooded basement i wouldnt step in that no way .
Makes you wonder..Doug ford wants to build homes on the green belt..so called shortage in homes..well here is a bunch of small apartments..all those homes falling down..that's property that could be built on again or fixed up..but nope.heading to build on the green belt.
That water should be stopped. Definitely not good.
So many homeless people in our cities and the govrnment couldn`t think to use all these empty abandoned places as homes.. shame. good job Brandon enjoy your adventures.

Are there no shut off valves up there? We have outside shutoff valve in a meter! I've always wondered why nobody knows to go outside and turn it off! Weird AF really!

I have opened and ran a few hotels in the past and can answer quite a few of your concerns/questions. For instance I can tell that this place was trying to convert over to a chain, just by the furniture of most of the "better" rooms u viewed.
I did enjoy your bravery and I admire you for entering this place for people like myself to view, thank you!

Cool explore can’t believe this hotel still hasn’t been torn down as it just sits and rots there.
It just blows my mind when I see all that beautiful heavy duty kitchen equipment perfectly capable of being repurposed with minimal cleaning. Go on any of the commercial equipment websites and price a stainless steel prep table, you'll freak out!
I’ve seen this on a lot of other urbex channels but Brandon you explore it and go in to detail so much better UK🇬🇧 in the house 👍🏻

Get a hold of city works to turn the water off at the main. But now it's too late.
Yep the place is gone now! But we've tried that before and because we aren't the owners of the property the city works and cops won't go on the property cause we can't give them the permission. It's strange to me but that's what they tell us, they need the actual owner to be the one to tell them.

They probably want it as damaged as possible. That way they get the most money from insurance 🤷♀️

In the rooms you showed the big light board's we're taking off the walls, my guess were used to block windows at night. So any light used by squatters wouldn't be seen from outside

56:00 the room I'd squat. Third floor is the way to go. You put noisetraps in place on the stairwell accesses to be notified of somebody's visit and you're good to go. While at it, I'd decorate the room with the nice items from the other parts.
